Kelsyus Spring Float Pool Lounger Chair, Light Blue

Last summer I ordered this for the first summer in my pool at my new home. I was skeptical about how good it would be or how long it would last and I must say, I was very surprised and happy with the float. I spent many days in that lounger in the pool last summer - soda in the cup holder, me in the lounger reading a book - and sometimes the dog even joined me on the float (he's small). It’s very comfortable. I can't say enough about how much use this got and how much I liked and enjoyed it. So much so that when my granddaughter jumped into the pool and went through the netting seat this summer, I immediately ordered a new one. Now, you might say if my granddaughter jumped in it and it broke it can't be too good...but keep in mind that it was out in the pool in the blazing Texas sun all day, everyday, from May through September and then stored in an outdoor shed until I brought it out again in May this year. That kind of treatment would degrade just about any kind of fabric really. Also, once I blew it up the first time, I NEVER had to mess with the air again! Not even when I took it out of the shed after it was stored out there from September - May. When I took it out in May, it was still FULLY inflated...from LAST SUMMER! The float is so well made I actually thought about taking it to a tailor to see if they could just replace the seat with some new fabric. But then I thought for as much as that might cost, I could just order a new one…and so I did….Gotta go, my new lounger is sitting empty in the pool without me! 

I had no trouble blowing this up and my lungs are not the best. Brought it to the cottage last year, and got a beautiful tan while I floated in the lake reading my kindle. The “seat” is mesh, so you’re actually sitting in the water, which keeps you cool and comfortable. You also have the option of dipping your legs into the water or comfortably supporting them out of the water the way it’s made. There are loops on it so I was able to secure it to the boat dock and not float too far into the lake since I had my kindle and iPhone with me, it would have been harder to get back to shore without getting both of them wet. It stayed fully inflated until I let the air out for the season. The only negative is that I have been unable to fold it back up and put it in the storage case, so it stays out of sight flat up against the wall behind the couch. Since it is so flat, transporting it is no problem either. Once my Jeep was all packed, I laid it on top of everything and it was totally unobtrusive. I’m looking forward to using it again this summer.

Took two of these loungers on a vacation to Maldives so that my husband and I could float in the ocean. They were absolutely amazing! They totaled about 7 lbs for both, and they're shipped in a round, flat disk shape so they packed well. Easy to blow up (took my husband about 2 minutes max), and they stayed inflated. When you get into the lounger, the middle part of your body will be in the water, which is fantastic if you want to stay cool, but not if you want to stay dry! The head rest and foot rest worked great for me at 5'3. They didn't do as much for my husband (6'3), but he still found it very comfortable. The beverage holders only work if your drink is covered, since they do not keep your drink perfectly upright (that would be a lot to ask considering you're floating in the water!). A slight downside to these, which should be obvious from their design, is that you can't lay on your stomach. Some people have mentioned issues with saltwater. We had ours in saltwater for a total of probably 10-20 hours during our vacation, and there was absolutely no sign of breakdown in the fabric. They come with plastic zipper cases, which is very handy if you want to use them right before repacking in your suitcase and they're still damp.

This is my absolute favorite float! I took a star away because it doubled in price. The cup holder is small and will only hold a can, not a stanley cup. Easy to inflate, easy to sleep on, and when you get hot, you can drop right on in the water where the hole is between the seat and the foot rest! Love this product, but hoping the price goes back closer to what it used to cost!

I had read both the negative comments about the quality of this product and the positive comments of people loving them. We took them to Lake Powell and everyone wanted to use these floats. The quality was fine - no rips, held air fine, and they were comfortable. We fully inflated them and they worked great. These floats keep part of your body submerged which was perfect in the heat of Lake Powell. We thought about getting an island float for groups to visit with each other, but these hooked together at the sides, so we tried them. I am glad we went with this option instead, as the islands would have kept us above/out of the water. We did have one of the smaller loops break, but that was due to the strong winds at the lake. After that we used the thicker handles and had no problems. I will be buying a few more for our next trip to the lake.

This is my third Kelsyus product. I have the raft (which isn't the best as the sides to tend to roll up on you, which is annoying, but you can hold them down with your arms if needed), the regular lounger (see other review, love it!) and now this! This is my favorite. Instead of having to use the annoying raft to tan, I now use this lounger. I can get a better full front tan and it's comfortable and relaxing all at the same time. I can sit in this chair forever and just float. You still get a perfectly even tan, even if you're not trying for a tan it's great! I use it both for tanning and just relaxing. I'm 5' 5" and sit slightly slouched, so I can rest my head on the back and my feet are in the perfect spot. You can bend your knees if you want or just let your legs dangle in the water! The water comes up to keep you cool and like the other products, very durable, high quality stuff. I can fall asleep in this thing! Highly recommended! My only complaint, wish it came in different colors, that way everyone could have their own color!

This lounger is awesome. I bought two for my husband and I when we went to a Cancun resort. They packed nice and flat and the carrying cases were relatively durable and could be reused. They are extremely comfortable, especially with the cloth on the back rest and the foot rest. It's really nice being partly in the water. When we wanted to be in, we stood inside the lower foot hole and used it like a regular tube (not as strong of course, but enough). Everyone was asking where we got these. Packing them back up to take home was relatively easy as well. We left them outside to dry for a day before deflating and bundling them back up. The bundling process is a little cumbersome, and I have to say the picture is not clear, but with some finagling for a few minutes back and forth we always managed to get them back into the circle. Also, the foot portion definitely took some water on the inside, but it didn't sink the float and was relatively easy to remove when we packed them up. I've recommended this to a bunch of people and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

We have had several of these pool loungers. They are very comfortable to lounge in and easy to inflate. The webbing style seat allows water to reach the person lounging which helps keep the user cool and wet. The "pillow" works acceptable and the overall comfort of the lounger is good for a standard size adult (5' to 6' tall and 100 to 200 lbs) - can't speak to how it works with larger adults. The product tends to last us a pool season. A good bit of its short life span is due to the level of abuse it receives and the not-as-designed use it gets from our grandkids who like to stand in it and jump into water from the webbing seat. We prefer the lounger with the foot support over the lounger that is more of a chair (with no foot support section). Overall a good value, even given the shortish life span. And again much of the reduced life span is not the product's fault but the way it gets used in our pool.

The best pool floaty ever

We love these. They've been on a couple of holidays now. Really comfortable, easy to get in and out of and very sturdy. The cup holder is great for floating around the pool with a cocktail

Hatte die Schwimmliege letztes Jahr schon gesehen, doch da war sie mir noch zu teuer. Nun wurde der Preis reduziert und ich habe die Liege bestellt. Wie üblich wurde schnell geliefert. Die Liege hat einen umlaufenden Glasfieberstab, der die Liege in Form hält. Nachdem man die Liege ausgepackt hat, ploppt sie auf. Ich kann vorweg nehmen, dass das zusammenfalten unkompliziert zu erledigen ist. Das aufblasen kann man zur Not auch, mit etwas Kondition, per Lunge erledigen besser per Luftpumpe. Es sind Plastikhacken an der Seite, sodass man sich mit anderen zusammenhacken kann. Die Liege ist, zumindest für meine Größe 181 cm, optimal geformt und bietet entsprechenden Komfort. Zu transportieren ist sie auch im aufgeblasen Zustand recht einfach, da auf der Langseite ein Tragegriff angebracht ist. Die Frage der Belastbarkeit möchte ich noch vorweg beantworten. Ich wiege ca. 120 kg und die Liege ragt trotzdem um einiges aus dem Wasser. Die Verarbeitung der Nähte und Klebestellen scheint auf den ersten Blick tadellos. Außerdem sind die aufblasbaren Kammern in die Hüllen eingenäht, anderst wie die billigen Teile aus den Discountern. Insgesamt finde ich, dass die Schwimmliege eine Super Anschaffung war und ich/wir eine Menge Spaß und/oder Erholung haben werden.

Excellent produit répondant à mes attentes. Enfin je peux réaliser un rêve ! Lire un bon bouquin tout en flottant sur la surface de ma piscine loin du tumulte. De plus l'eau circulant par le filet ajouré du siège permet de rester en contact avec les éléments et ainsi de maintenir le corps à la température ambiante de l'eau. Une fois la séance de lecture terminée ou la sieste vous pouvez reprendre la natation sans période d'adaptation thermique comme dans la plupart des matelas flottants. Bonne croisière avec KELSYUS
