I am the Chemical Queen..... I have always looked for the strongest deodorant possible. The more aluminum zirconium tetraclorahydrex gly...involved...the more interested I was. But, as I started trying to eat better (read: much more natural healthy foods), and realized that my body deserved better as well. For years I was "afraid" of natural products because I felt that they were substandard, and didn't really work as well as their chemical counterparts. Well...let me set the record straight for anyone who thinks like me...this is the best deodorant that I have ever used! No joke, the description is correct...you WILL sweat...but you WON'T stink. I was terrified when I first wore it and started feeling the wetness in my armpits. I kept doing the sniff test, but I was pleasantly surprised, like every single time...it was a fresh smell...even though I was sweating quite a bit. I am not being paid to do this review, nor did I get this product for free....I'm just a customer who reads tons of reviews in an attempt to figure out if a certain product is for me. I've been using the unscented for years now and it is hands down the best deodorant for me - I love it. If I'm being honest, I am one stinky person without it. I've tried all the main brands "clinical protection" and several other natural deodorants and NONE measured up. Having said that, there are a few things I think others might find it helpful to know which is why I am writing this review.First, there is a learning curve to putting it on. I find it is best to go slow and let the warmth of your body sort of soften it. Don't over apply!Second, I did encounter irritation in the first week of use, but I stuck with it and the issue resolved itself, leaving me with dang near flawless pits, if that is even a thing.Third, you may at times see residue or sort of a sweat stain on your clothing. I find this happens for two reasons. Either it is a sweat stain, which happens with any deodorant or I applied too much. Either way, it isn't anything a little Shout spray can't take care of. So no biggy.Lastly, I used to get so frustrated when I could smell BO only hours after a shower. Thankfully, I finally figured out that most soap does not adequately remove deodorant from ones skin, therefore trapping the funk causing bacteria!! I find this especially true of conventional deodorants that are like tar on your skin if you ever really inspect after scrubbing in the shower. I found that using my hubby's Head & Shoulder shampoo to scrub my pits removed all residue - I know CRAZY, right? This step is one of the very few uses of unnatural or questionable products in my house. If you have this problem too, maybe try scrubbing with your shampoo - just might do the trick.

Another ETA: The company did not end their promotion after I posted this review. The promotion continued for a few months after I posted this review entirely of the company's own volition.ETA: The company does NOT have this promotion anymore. When they did have the promotion, I had absolutely no issue with the promotion itself. I had an issue with the wording of the promotion, but the company changed the wording immediately after I posted my review. That speaks a lot to me about the quality of their customer service- that they care about what their customers think and changed the wording on a simple promo to correct the issue. To get to the point: I absolutely LOVE this deodorant. I did when I originally posted this review and I'm on my 3rd stick now. This is the best deodorant out there and I'll even have them put it on my corpse. Shortly after purchasing, I was sent an email from the company promising a 25% discount if I left a 5-star review. That's a shady practice, and now I find it hard to believe a single 5-star review of this product. Personally, I love this deodorant, and it is the best I've ever used (no stains, no smell, great ingredients, A+), but one star must be taken off for this kind of "positive review purchasing."
