Caffe' Castorino Classica Ground Italian Coffee

You will be speaking Italian after drinking espresso made from this coffee. Great taste, caffeine strength, and the grind works well with my Via Venezia, Saeco (non pressurized) espresso machine, and of course Moka Pots.

I used this coffee in my Moka pot as well as in my drip coffee machine and always obtained great result. This is an excellent coffee! I did not find it bitter at all. Very smooth.

I was browsing for interesting new coffees to try with my moka pot and came across Castorino. I gave this a try and it was surprisingly good. I enjoyed it more than the Lavazza dark roast. Plus the tin is cute :)

I was not as impressed as other reviewers. The coffee tasted like a French roast. Not espresso. It was not as strong as hoped. I have been looking for the perfect espresso for a good price and unfortunately this is not it, for me. I keep going back to a brand I discovered here on amazon for half this price!! So it really does go to show, everyone has a different taste and expectation. To each his own.

This brand of Italian coffee is not well known in the US but I think it is the best and it is reasonably priced as well. My order arrived quickly from DalVero and I am enjoying it.

Interestingly I initially ordered this product for a collectible coffee container and it arrived dented all over the place.

Fast shipping. Great rich true Espresso flavor. I use a Moka pot to make the coffee and it comes out just like in any cafe. Delicious coffee and really fresh ground.

Flavor was nice and smooth
