A Winner
Ooh my gosh... I absolutely love this manual milk frother!!! It works really well and gives me really amazing lattes. The size isn't big and can only do one latte at a time but that's all I need. I have an electrical milk frother as well but its such a pain to clean so was looking for a manual one that would do the job just as well as my electrical one but with less cleaning hassle and this is it! Its such a simple thing but feel like its one of my best Amazon purchases to date. Love it!

Does exactly what it says it does.
What a fab little frother! Its froths milk good, real good, and the froth lasts a long time, no melting away in moments. It froths hot and cold milk equally well, and it froths soya milk. I haven't tried other plant milks, but I imagine it will work fine - tho wee tip, if your plant milk isn't frothing well try adding some plant cream...the increased fat content should mean it will froth better.Do be a wee bit careful when frothing hot milk...the lid can get a bit hot and if you've overfilled milk will bubble up around the edge of the lid. I use a tea-towel to hold the lid.A minimum line on the inside would be useful, but with use you do quickly get the idea of how much milk is needed to froth.I warm the milk in my coffee cup in the microwave, then add to the frother to froth...make my coffee then add some of the froth milk and stir, (because otherwise to me it just tastes like fluffy milk with black coffee), so it's mixed into my coffee, then add the rest for that lovely frothed top. (Adding some coffee syrup - or rum makes for a lovely decadent coffee!)

Good but danger of Rusty milk.
Recently got into coffee, milky coffee, frothy milky coffee. This does a good job of it. Ideally wanted one with more capacity but all ok.Trouble is … it’s going rusty around the knob. I wash after use, drain, dry … but the things rusty.I guess they used a different material in this key area. Shame as rusty milk isn’t good

So much more capacity than the electrical frothers
I had an electrical frother but it just wasn’t big enough capacity so I was looking for a bigger one but the bigger electrical ones were so expensive so I came across this manual one. To make a lovely latte I fill it with exactly 175ml hot milk and give it 30 pumps then pour it over an espresso in a 385ml glass latte cup and it fits perfectly. Makes awesome hot chocolate too. I mix with 175ml milk, 2 squares dark choc, 1 tsp cocoa powder and again pour into 385ml latte glass. Heat the milk and ingredients first in microwave then transfer to the frother and pump away for lovely frothy hot choc!

Milk Frother
This works really well and get loads of frothy milk. I would advise buying the size bigger than you need as works better only partly filled.

Good for frothy hot chocolate
Very easy to use. It doesn't take long to get frothy milk. I find it works better to froth the warm milk first then add the hot chocolate powder.

Doesn't work
Tried replacing my glass frother with this and it doesn't work, unfortunately. Ended up just getting the glass replacement for my frother.
