It's a great rip away pouch, the backing plate it sturdy and has a very good Velcro backing stitched extremely strong but also has an exterior snap that protects the entire bag from catching on something and falling out. Cheap but very sturdy
I bought this to replace a slightly smaller first aid kit in my EDC bag. After reading loads of reviews, I settled on this one. Really pleased when it arrived as it has enough storage and spaces for everything I want to carry and has the advantage of being able to be MOLLE strapped to a compatible bag. I'm carrying inside mine at the moment, no need to look too "sidewalk commando" every day. Extra bonus it comes with a little red cross patch (which some other pouches advertise as a selling point) this one doesn't mention it, although it is shown in the pictures of it. All in all I'm really impressed with how its constructed. It's certainly not flimsy, and seems to just keep expanding no matter how much I chuck into it.Definitely worth buying.

Compact, handy, flexible, essential when away from home.
Product exactly as described.Pouch is designed in a way that allow to customise content and it placement inside to a user's preference. There's nothing what could be described as unnecessary.MOLLE system gives several options of pouch attachment to a travel bag, backpack or a belt.Why 4 stars? Manufacturer's lack of attention to detail. Metal snap buttons (fastening straps on a rip panel) are bit too loose. Had to find another way to secure it.Not a big problem.

Well made.
Great quality product. I'm u using it as a chest mounted fishing tackle bag . Has 3 internal pockets plus a fold out zippy pouch. Lots of elastic straps too. The molle attachment patch is velcro attached to the bag. (The bag has the hook velcro side, patch has the fluffy velcro side.)

Really handy and carries a lot of medicine
This was a great for my dad who travels with a lot of medicine, its managed to carry a months worth of all 5 of his precripted medicines which he will need for 4 weeks. Brilliant buy and came the next day on prime.
