I purchased the Thick ones based on the photograph. It turns out they weren’t as thick as they appeared to be in the pictures. I contacted customer support and they took care of me making it right. The thickest ones were absolutely perfect making my Sketchers fit without any heel slid and without having to buy a smaller size shoe. Will buy again!

I was really hoping this would work for me. I got Four pieces. So attached two inside my shoes just above the heel part. As I slid my foot inside the shoes, I noticed that it was already peeling off. So I kept adjusting it and adjusting it. I also wear insoles for comfort and support for my high arch. This item did not help the fit of the shoes as it is support to keep you feet and shoes from "flapping"... I couldn't return it since it is attached to my shoes, and I still have the extra ones that is probably gonna have the same results. This item is way over priced. You could probably get a similar one at Walmart or other stores like Target for half the price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The problem with shoes chafing my heels is solved, but I have the new one: these inserts creak when I walk.

Used these with a pair of slip on sneakers for work - I am a nurse and they fell off the first time using them.

Great pads. Made some dancing shoes much more comfortable, I haven't gotten a single blister. They're very soft and stick well to the shoes, even after I had to pull one off to adjust it.

I had gotten the shoes liner in “Thicker” due to my shoes being slightly oversized. The adhesive was great (my shoes are leather) but everything else wasn’t as great. The pad of the liner was very uncomfortable and gotten even worse after walking for an hour or so. Overall not worth it at all.
