Filthy Marcellos: Dante

I loved this read so much!I am a sucker for marriage of convenience in mafia romance books, & this was done to perfection.At the beginning of the book, you can't help but dislike Catrina. However, throughout the books, we understand her more & more with each chapter. She is fierce, independent, sassy, & the kinds of strong "take no prisoners" woman you don't often see in mafia books. She was a gem!I was looking forward to Dantes story from Antonys book (book 0.5 in the series), because of him being sterile. I wanted to see how this would be addressed; what his feelings/attitude would be etc. I think it was done well.Overall, an enjoyable read. The epilogue set us up for the Prequel (book 4) which is my next read!

Dante is a great mafia and marriage of convenience romance. It can easily be read as a stand-alone. I enjoyed Dante and Catrina’s story. She’s a woman who’s made it on her own and is the perfect match for Dante. Their first meeting is a ball buster especially for Dante. Catrina is an amazing queen pin but has a secret. To keep that secret safe and secure she suggests marriage to Dante and he accepts. Their partnership slowly evolves and it’s all kinds of sexy but also filled with suspense and action too. Dante’s family is the heart of the story. They support and love each other. For some reason I couldn’t connect with the characters and some of the story dragged a bit. Still I liked Dante and his nieces and nephews have caught my attention. I’m definitely going to read their books.3.5 Bello Stars

I have read and loved every book in this series. I hated to see it end but loved it. I will definitely recommend this series to others.

I really enjoy Bethany-Kris's writing style and subject matter. I love mafia books and she does it to perfection. She gives me just the right amount of action, violence, fierce protectiveness, and romance. Perfection really. The epilogue was fantastic taking us years into the future and even giving us a little mini plot before it ended. Great! I am sad it is over. I still loved Lucian & Jordyn's story the most but this book made me love Gio & Kim more. At first I was like Ceceila and wanted more for Dante but I came love to Cat just like he did. Great journey. The author took a tried and true romance plot, the marriage of convenience, and made it fresh and interesting. She really is a genius. I am looking forward to moving on to her Russian mafia series!

Clearly Bethany-Kris saved the best for last because Dante and Catrina were so hot together! I loved how they both were cool and collected doing their best to detach themselves from emotional entanglements around them and concentrate solely on their businesses. I loved that Cat was not your typical heroine. She took no mess from anyone and was feisty as hell. I love a woman that holds her own. And Dante...man was he smooth. My heart broke for him several times during the course of my reading and I found myself forced to keep going until I knew whether or not he was going to get the happy ending he deserved. I'm sad this is the last in the Filthy Marcellos series but I can't wait to read what the author is putting out next.

Dante Marcellos' relationship w/ Catrina (Cat) Danzi begins as a great business decision to ensure his standing in the cartel and blooms into a heated love story. Yes, blooms! I think this is the best story about the Marcellos brothers simply because he was so adamant to NOT choose a wife, NOT fall in love or start a family. Well worth reading how The Boss unexpectedly falls hard for a Queen Pin who uncovers the sensitive side of this proper mask wearing man and discovers her own vulnerability in the process. We all like a good love story and this one is 5*****. Kudos to the author Bethany-Kris.

I am so on the fence with this book. I'm usually not one to complain about editing issues, but wow this book had some serious editing issues! It was very hard to read. Words left out, or not used properly, missing commas and conjunction words in a sentence. I had to re-read some sentences several times to figure out who was speaking, and what exactly they were saying! Even with all the errors, I wouldn't have mind if the story was good. I love Mafia stories. I love strong women, which the 'Queen' was. But there was no chemistry between these two. Sex, yes, emotion, well I didn't feel it. I'm so disappointed too as there are so few good Mafia stories out there ( I think I read them all!)

To a wonderful series. I really loved Cat and Dante! Cat was such a bada$$ and Dante wasn't so bad himself. I am so excited for the next generation.

Okay this is book 4 in the series and I choose to read it after Antony's story.This is Catrina and Dante's story. I love this couple. I like the fact that they were equals and treated each other as such, which is usual for a Mafia Dom.Catrina is a bad-ass in her own right, she has her own crew and she has her own work. When she joins forces with Dante he continues to let her do her thing and has her at his side when others did not like a woman being involved in Mafia business. Catrina is a ride and die kind of woman.What I loved about this story is that when Catrina because of her lies by omission put the whole Marcellos Family in danger Dante is mad with her but he was also loving towards her. He did not let his disappointment and anger towards her overwhelm the love he felt for her. He went up 100% in my respect for that alone!!! He was mad at her but loved her still and even was man enough to tell her how much he loved her even though she had disappointed him.I am absolutely loving how this author is telling the love story between the Mafia couples. I would highly recommend this series. I have Lucian and Goivanni's stories to read next.

I enjoyed Dante's story and loved that Cat was a little badass. But the absolute best thing about this book was the epilogue, seeing where everyone's lives are at and finding out more about the kids. God I love it when a book does that!! It makes me want to beg Bethany Kris for a series about the new generation. Because seriously, how good would Johnathan's book be!?!!Sooooo...yep! I loved the series, loved Dante's story and couldn't get enough of all the filthy mafioso. (Gio's story still stands as my favourite though!)

Oh wow oh wow been on holiday and received the third book dantes story was amazing kept me on the edge and I devoured this book loved all 3 books I had pre ordered this so eagerly awaited this 3rd book it did not dissapointBuy it now xxx
