Yes it is. As far as I know all K&N air filters come pre oiled in a plastic bag.

How often do you clean and how do you clean?

I usually clean every 2 oil changes and there’s a K&N cleaning kit you buy. It explains how to do it. Or you can YouTube it

Perfect!

I ride a Yamaha FZ16, a motorcycle that is not sold in the United States. I was very surprised that I found this item on Amazon. I have not fitted it as yet, but it is the perfect match. I am looking forward to replacing the OEM filter with this one so that I can hopefully see some performance and economy gains.
