I ordered several braces to try, I kept this one.Returned the others that i got to tryIm small and i cant get it much tighter for my shoulders. I have a big fat belly and i can velcro it. I do have a hard time grabbing the waist bands. But i like it. There are pads to protect the underarm. They move a lot but i deal.

Works ok but fits small needed two sizes larger.

It did not fit and over the shoulder straps were very uncomfortable.

I normally have upper back pain wearing this product definitely helps i tried several different types but this is the one that worksThe disappointment is the quality of the product. It doesn’t last long the treads rip This is my 3rd one and its also starting to rip. I wish they would improve the quality. I wont mind paying more for it because it works

I'm disabled with a recurring spinal cord tumor and have a spinal fusion of my T1 through T3 vertebrae. This causes a lot of chronic pain that gives me trouble with my daily life. I needed a back support with good support of the upper back and middle back (as my middle back picks up the slack and movement that my T-spine can no longer do due to the spinal fusion). I am 6'5" and about 200lbs. I ordered a Medium as I didn't want one that is so big that the straps are so long that they barely velcro together.I thought this back brace would cover my lower back all the way to my upper back as shown in the pictures but wow...it's sooooo small! If you are tall like me you will definitely want to order a very large size if you want to it cover your whole back. The medium sized one covers my middle back and upper back but cuts off at about the top of my stomach (right under the rib cage) and doesn't even cover the lower back. While I would normally have returned it as it's sooo small for me, it does provide very good support for my middle and upper back which has proven to provide some pain relief so I'm gonna keep it and just wear it as it is.The construction quality is very nice and it appears to be very durable. I expect to get many years of use out of this support.

This brace is comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. I feel that the sizing recommendations are correct. It does have a funky smell, but the smell was gone after washing. It held up just fine in the washer. I recommend it, especially for the price.
