I purchased one previously for myself, and another one recently for a close friend who has recently been bereaved. HAs a lovely czrd with it, that explains how it helps and gives some much needed positivity to a stressful situation. I do feel calmer and less panicked when I wear mine, but having malacite in it, you must remember to clear/recharge it often, as malacite needs clearing more often than other stones, as it holds on to negtivity - and there is a LOT of sadness negatity when going through a bereavement.The best way to cleanse this bracelet is using sage smoke, sunlight, moonlight or a selenite plate. Do not use water to cleanse it, as it contains angelite which is water soluble and will degrade if it a gets wet.
