LEGO Ninjago #11: Comet Crisis

Good gift

This is one of the better graphic novels in this series. Although the villain has similar abilities to the one on the second, it is still well portrayed and has some original attributes. The characters are struggling with their current situation, as well as expressing concerns about their need to defeat the Overlord (conflict outside of this book in the general storyline, I have not seen that part of the TV series yet, but it still made sense). The mood is a little more solemn, with the ending hopeful. The action is kept up pretty well. Greg Farshtey's writing and Yate's illustrations deliver a satisfying read once again which is enjoyable for more than just young kids; I am older and loved it.

My boys, ages 12 and 9, love this series of books!

Bought as a Christmas gift for my grandson who loves ninja anything. Hope he will enjoy reading it. Delivered on time and undamaged.
