I didn’t realize I was ordering the compact size, but it turned out to be a really nice surprise. This stapler is powerful despite its smaller footprint and handles thick stacks of paper smoothly with minimal effort. It feels solid and well-made, and the reduced-effort feature actually makes a difference. Very easy to use, at the nice vibrant pop of color add to its modern chic look. The compact size is perfect for a desk without taking up much space. If you want something strong, reliable, and space-efficient, this stapler delivers more than you’d expect.

This stapler works great! It's quiet, lightweight but sturdy, and small, and I've had no problems stapling several pages, although I didn't often exceed 5 or so at a time. I'm replacing it because a couple hard falls damaged the (sadly) plastic outside of the stapler. Would buy again.

This is the best stapler I’ve ever used. Bought one right away after using my daughters. I have severe joint issues and it’s hard to use my hands, but this stapler is so lightweight and ergonomic and works with very little hand pressure.

I've had an old stapler at work since I started there 17 years ago. That one staples, sometimes kind of, sorta. Typically it works well until I need to staple something to share with others, at which point it mutilates the papers. I realize now that I don't like that stapler. Recently, I've been working from home more and I had a printer, but not a stapler. My desk was a mess. Coming to Amazon, I decided to read reviews and buy a good stapler. I bought this one and WOW it has been amazing. This stapler and the matching, recommended, staples are in a completely different class from anything I have ever used before. It looks small and unimpressive, but when used, the pressure is multiplied and it staples more than it ever looks like it would- with ease! I've not had a single misfire in the past few weeks and actually look forward to stapling. It feels weird to enjoy stapling papers together, but this thing is such a joy to use that it really is a pleasure to operate. After my original purchase, I bought two more, one for my wife and another to take to work, each with its own tin of staples. I plan to get more of them in the future as gifts and to put around the office (near the copier!) so that I don't have to used old-fashioned staplers anymore. It's the kind of thing that a gift recipient might unwrap and think is odd, but when they actually get to use it, they will be impressed with your thoughtfulness. If you're on the fence, buy this and the matching staples, and never look back. Happy stapling!

Updated Review on 10/8/18: This has become a favorite of our office staff and I found myself ordering 3 more of them today. However, I will say that it really CANNOT staple anywhere near 40 sheets. In fact, It has a bit of trouble stapling 25 sheets, and they aren't thick sheets; just regular copy paper. It's frustrating for me because I now have to staple the packet TWICE. Once with about 20 sheets; then I put the rest of the packets behind the 1st packed and staple it behind the 1st packet, but I only select about the last 5-10 pages and then staple the rest of the pack together. It's a hassle, but I don't have to do it very often thank goodness (trying to use LESS paper these days). Otherwise, it feels really good in your hand, operates nicely and doesn't take up much space. If they would just make it so it really would staple 40 sheets it would be just about perfect. So far so good. This product reviews were great, and OfficeMax/OfficeDepot appeared to have the exact same stapler but at a much more expensive price, so I thought I would take the leap and order from Amazon. When the item arrived I was very confused because it's SMALL. I totally thought I was going to receive a normal/regular sized stapler. But it's adorable and we decided to give it a try. It's a HAND stapler (one that you hold in your hand), and it's comfortable. It's easy to use and I've ask my employee to test it out and let me know how they like it. So far, she loves it. It works very well, is easy to use, hasn't jammed, takes us less desk space than a normal sized stapler, so all-in-all this is a great product and review. If anything happens, such as the stapler breaking, hurting our employee's hands while using or anything else negative, I will be sure an update the review.

This is a great stapler, as it never let you down if you understand what I mean. I had another one that was very frustrating to use, and it went in the trash as soon I got this one. I gifted it to a colleague, and he really appreciated it.

Tuff little stapler got one for my work bag and for my office. No jamming issues. Easily does 40 pages. I think 45 is about max due to the staple size.

The product has broken - some pin has come out. This is even before the first staple was used.

Purchased this to replace an old, aging stapler that tended to jam up quite frequently. This has been a great addition to our home office. It's compact, which means that it won't hold as many staples as normal sized stapler, but can be tucked away a little more discreetly and takes up less space. It's small size also makes quite light, but the quality of the materials used and the overall design means it still feels solid in the hand. The easy staple mechanism on this works quite well too - I'm able to staple even large booklets together with ease. Hasn't jammed up on me either yet, and the staples come out clean and properly engaged. Overall very happy with this

Great compact stapler. This is a strong stapler and can staple quite a large amount of papers. Great for my Uni study.
