I recieved this on time today (via 2-day prime shipping) and it looks fantastic. The burgundy is a deeper colour than is depicted, some may find this to be an issue but I did not. The maximum neck size is 18 1/2, but can be brought down to 14 1/2. It is 100% microfibre and it has a more formal texture and sheen (as opposed to linen), similar to satin silk. I would definitely recommend this tie to anyone who needs one.Edit: I found the first one nice enough that I purchased the navy/dots one also. It displays the same quality as the first and I cannot recommend these enough as an affordable tie that looks very nice. I wore the burgundy tie to church this weekend and received compliments on it. Very well worth the $12 or so if you need a nice, cheap bow tie.

Usé esta corbata en los Oscar 2019. Es la primera vez que utilicé una pajarita. Quise probar con una para anudar y así diferenciarme de las corbatas de broche y pre anudadas. Recibí la corbata en una presentación muy sencilla, metida adentro de una pequeña bolsa de plástico. Y nada más. Lo primero que noté es que es de muy buen material y muy vistosa porque es muy gruesa en sus extremos, lo que, anudada, la hace destacar con su acabado de finas rayas. Yo la probé con una camisa con cuello normal y fue muy cómoda de usar.

I ordered the Luther Pike tie specifically to learn. Good choice. After an evening practicing with internet videos, I can now tie one with my eyes closed (it's actually easier than using a mirror). I am ready to joint the likes of Bill Nye and Young Sheldon. The Luther Pike tie has a slick, shiny microfiber surface well suited to its purpose. The back adjusts for neck size with little buttonholes, a square ring and a T-shaped clap. I chose bright red, but there are many colors and patterns. Good value for less than twelve bucks.

Pre tied bow ties are for high school kids, if you're above that age it's time to get a real tie. You don't wear a clip on tie do you? Well you shouldn't wear a clip on bow tie either. It's not that hard to learn how to tie it, just GOOGLE it and several good videos will come up-- I recommend the one from Gentleman's Gazette.This is a nice quality silk like bow tie and like all real bow ties it's imperfections when you tie it make you stand out from the precisely perfect look of the inferior clip on versions.Be a man, buy a real tie.

I purchased this tie, one by PenSee and four by Hisdern in the last month. Both the PenSee and the Luther Pike have begun to fray at the seam after the first use. I have not had the problem with any of the Hisdern ties, although I have only worn them once or twice each. I will hold off writing a review for the Hisdern until after I have worn them several more times.The ties from all three companies, with the exception of the fraying issue, look great and are a great value. A hand-tied bow tie is a great look that I will incorporate into my wardrobe. I receive several compliments a day wearing a bow tie when I would go weeks without anyone mentioning a traditional tie.Worth the effort to learn how to tie a bow tie, however, there are better options at an even lower price.

My son's band decided that bow ties were the way to go for concerts, so a quick Amazon search located just what we needed. A few days later and a few youtube videos and now we are bow tie wearing internet experts. This may not be the nicest tie, but its good for occasional wear, and its black. If you have a very thin neck, it might be a bit big for you but a safety pin can help out with that.

For the price, you cannot beat this. The fabric feels rugged and tough. I have spent significantly more money on bowties that started fraying almost immediately. I have worn this a few times and can't get over how good this tie feels and is holding up. The negative reviews gave me some pause at first but I'm glad I went with my gut on this one. The striping is so subtle in the black that it never feels distracting or out of place.Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to order another tie from here.

Lovely stuff BUT, I’m sure the advert infers that the sale includes instructions as to the tying of the item. No such paperwork received.

El servicio y el producto resultaron excelentes. Es una buena corbata a un precio justo. No le encuentro objeciones a mi producto. Falta la prueba del tiempo, pero me siento muy satisfecho con mi compra.
