Audtek Power Capacitor Mounting Bracket Clear

I lost a cap holder, so needed new mounting brackets. Not too easy to find and not much selection, either. So I see this on Amazon and it was everything I needed. It was there... it looks good, it fits my cylindrical capacitor, and the price is great.Highly recommended replacement OR upgrade.

Bought a used Rockford Fosgate capacitor that didn't come with the brackets and these fit just right

Firstly, this only comes with 4 screws, screws to attach this to your car are not included.Secondly, it is incredibly difficult to screw the top and bottom together. The holes are not drilled out well enough and the plastic is incredibly stiff and brittle. I cracked my top piece by over tightening. I couldn't even get a couple of them in all the way, even with a power drill.This being said. It was cheap, it fits, and it will do better than only having one mount and having my capacitor sliding around.

For some reason these Platic mounts break due to heat or just plain car vybratios so these are great replacements for a low price

My original mount broke so I needed a new one. Found this set and said why not. The very first screw I put it was super tight and the head started to bend. I thought no problem. Go to the other side and get a different screw. Before the screw was even close to tight the rest of the screw that was exposed snapped off flush with the mount. Ended up just using the top part of the mount with my old mount. Thankfully it worked and my capacitor is secure again.

I installed the mount on my subwoofer box and went to clamp my capacitor down in the bracket and the bracket doesn’t clamp down all the way with the screws provided. There’s about 1/8 inch gap between the top and bottom of the bracket. I made it work, but it took some creativity and an extra half hour

good universal product u get what u pay for it works as long as u dont over tighten the screw holding it
