No storage case
The pliers are comfortable to use, the heads change easily. They do exactly what they are supposed to do. I am giving this only 4 stars because the pliers do not come with a storage case, so you'll have to buy a generic case or risk the heads getting lost in your tool box.

Not sturdy
Wasn’t sturdy enough to remove a snap ring out of a transmission. Had to sharpen some needle nose pliers to get the job done.
