Does it work with Ubuntu 18.04?

Using this with Ubuntu 20.04. Works great. I had to clone a small Github repo with a couple simple commands. The answer that you'll find pretty easily, and that followed I followed, had over 20 upvotes.

If I have a desktop pc with no wireless network card will plug in this into my pc give it a wireless connection?

Does the ac900 work well with kali linux 2019.3 monitor mode, packet injections and other pen testing tools? thanks again

Shows up as wlan0 in ifconfig so it's plug and play > airmon-ng started monitor mode no problem > airodump-ng shows its working > aireplay-ng says injection is working. 20 bucks well spent.
