I am never without Maggi seasoning
This is one of the best sauces. If you like Asia foods, you are going need this. It is strong, so use it sparingly.

Delicious seasoning
Giant bottle lasts a long time! Can't find this locally so was pleased to find it on Amazon at a great price. Bear in mind this has gluten in it, so probably not got for gluten-free eaters, but can't deny it tastes quite unlike anything else I've ever tasted. It's brown like soy sauce but it's not soy sauce. Very delicious & salty. Nevertheless, I use this sparingly (mostly add to soup, broth or meat dishes that are too bland). This really livens up a dish!
