Realistic Expectations lead to Sound Purchasing Decisions - Highly Recommended Product
The reviews on this product are all over the place and I think the bad ones are often due to having unrealistic expectations. There is no replacing the sugary taste of Nature Valley granola bars or the sugar laden cereals you've been eating forever. But, if you are on a Keto, or similar, diet you are likely missing these types of tastes and textures the deeper you get into your diet and your weight loss.Like Almond milk or real butter, your brain is going to have to adapt to the new way these changes in our diets taste. This ProGranola is one of those things. Does it have a different aftertaste? Yes, but after the first time eating it I didn't notice it much again. However, it is never going to be a chocolate chip granola bar no matter how much you want it to be!Reviews say the pieces are either too big and chunky or too crumbly. Guess what? They are both. Like any box/bag of any crunchy product (chips, cereal, nuts, cookies) the further you get into the bag, the smaller the pieces are. This is not ProGranola's fault, it's called gravity. I eat the big crunchy pieces on the go like a traditional bar or snack and use the smaller pieces in the bottom of the bag in a bowl of cereal with Almond Milk (thing unsweetened Grape Nuts). The next biggest complaint seems to be the cost. Yes, it is expensive, but so is everything else associated with eating packaged, low carb foods that are made to help fight cravings and fill the void left by the carbs that we aren't eating anymore. But, you know what else is expensive? Diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid and cholesterol medications...not to mention the cost of open heart surgery and funerals if you don't control your weight! There are a lot worse things you could spend your food budget on...I think this is a great product and highly recommend it. It tastes pretty dang good, fills a void in the Keto lifestyle, and should not be overlooked because of unrealistic expectations and the resulting mixed and bad reviews.

I'm on my third bag!
Let me start off by saying that based off other reviews this may not be for everyone. Some of the cons that other reviewers expressed were that it was too crunchy, too expensive, too sweet and some just didn’t like the taste.I compare this to Honey Bunches of Oats, the clusters in that remind me of the clusters in this!Of course it does not match the price of mass produced cereals on the market, I’m not surprised. It’s about on par with other specialty Keto items in my opinion. It has 15 servings per bag and will last you two weeks if you eat one serving a day. To me it is well worth the price because if I were to have it as a snack every day that’s only $5 a week for something I enjoy eating!I eat this both plain and with unsweetened almond milk, I love it! The taste to me is very satisfying and I don’t find it too sweet like some complain. I’ll munch on it while I cook and I’ll add some almond milk to it for Breakfast or a snack. I actually add a pinch of Sugar Substitute to mine.I found that there are some bigger chunks at the top of the bag that I ended up breaking down when I wanted cereal, once I got to the lower part of the bag it was more broken up and ‘crumb’ like, none of this bothered me.One of the things that I find I like the most is that it’s high in fiber. I have always had a lot of trouble using the bathroom and sometimes it’s hard to get your fiber on Keto so I found incorporating this in my diet regularly really helped! While the other nutrients may be a bit lack luster for most on Keto, it’s low in fat and protein, it’s great to help settle cravings! If you find that you are craving cereal this may be worth a try!

Crumbs
I want to write this to be as impartial and offer advice to consumers. Personally I think the taste is fine. Others that have complained about it being bland, probably aren't diabetic and are used to eating things laced with sugar. The only annoying part for me was all the little chia seeds getting caught in my teeth. For me, this is a healthy, fulfilling snack that won't raise your blood sugars. So why the Title or Headline? Crumbs? Well it may have been shipping or like many other granola type of snacks, it just crumbles apart the more it is disturbed. After all there isn't any sugar holding all of these seeds and ingredients together. So in the 3 bags I bought together, each bag ended up being half full of crumbs, loose seeds and coconut. I thought well I am not going to just throw out half these bags, so what shall I do.. I poured the contents into a large bowl and added just enough honey to sort of bind it all together. I have some Skinny Syrups with different flavors so I added a very small amount of that to further bind the contents without adding any more sugar. I used a bit of honey as it is a healthier alternative than pure sugar. Sure it adds a bit of sweetness, and if diabetic like me, well we need to be careful how much we eat and check our glucose.. The Skinny Syrups I have are a nice Sucralose (Splenda) sweetener and adds more flavor. I usually use these in my coffee. Order some if you are watching your blood sugars but want to enjoy a nice flavored coffee or latte. Anyway.. I mixed all those ingredients thoroughly and then using a cookie sheet covered with some wax paper, I flattened it into the cookie sheet and baked it 325 for about 15 minutes.. Keep your eye on it as it you do not want it to burn. You are just heating the mixture to a temp so that the honey and syrup melt, soak and dry into the mixture holding it all together once again. After I let it cool for a bit, I was able to break it up into pieces and place them into a container with lid.. let it cool all the way before putting a lid on it, any warmth will get trapped in a closed container causing your new granola bites to be soft.. Good Luck and Enjoy!

A little expensive but good quality ingredients
This is a brand I trust and have been buying from for several years now. The peanut butter granola is good as well, fresh, crunchy texture, good flavor. It goes well with almond milk. I buy their Espresso Bars whenever I can get them (those do have production issues at the moment).
