Amazing! Never left a review before now. As other reviewers have said if you follow the steps to a T you’ll get amazing results. 17 year old bike looks brand new. Anyone giving negative reviews on this product claiming to follow the steps isn’t putting the effort in nor has the patients. The only negative I’d take from this is supplying more sandpaper if your plastics are in real real bad shape but you can buy extra online or at your local store for a few bucks. Can’t say enough about this product 5 Stars all day

This worked very well for me on some 46 year old dirtbike plastics. The plastics, when I found them online, were very crusty. So I had to scrape the crusty, deteriorated stuff off. Then I got this kit out and followed the instructions exactly. The plastic shined up very quickly. Then I buffed it with the steel wool that was included and did a few more coats. The plastic really came back to life. The only downfall to it is that if you wash your bike with these plastics on and they get soap or cleaner on them, you'll have to reapply the product. It is not a once-and-done. But it is very easy to do, just takes time.

The Arizona sun makes for some great dirt biking weather, but wreaks havoc on plastic if you leave your bike out to bake. A 6 year old Yamaha I recently purchased looked like it had spent every day out in it - the gas tank in particular was deeply oxidized and discolored. Looked downright shabby. Enter PC-1 Plastic Renew. I wasn't sure what to expect, but take a cue from the illustration: the results you get will completely depend on you working your way through the three provided sheets of sandpaper in various grits and cleaning up the finish yourself. If there is something you can wipe on and wipe off that will restore Yamaha's deep blue plastics this ain't it. You'll get down to bright, fresh plastic by removing what's in the way. Once you've gotten rid of the ugly and buffed out the sanding marks you can wipe on the milky top coat. Think of the plastic renew formula as a varnish that will protect the exposed plastic from further oxidation. A bottle should last for the life of several bikes; a little has gone a long way even though the directions recommend from 4 - 7 coats. The product insert also advises that my bike pants will abrade it off, and it'll have to be reapplied - I don't have enough rides on the treatment to attest to that. That said, my tank now looks like something that was cared for, a deep consistent blue with a smooth, shiny finish. Could I have gotten the same results with wet sanding and some 303 protectant? I doubt it. Just expect to spend plenty of time swinging that sandpaper.

This product is absolutely the best product I have ever used for getting plastics back to New. If I could give 1000 stars to this product I would. I have tried other types of products and every time I was disappointed with the results. I was starting to lose hope in the entire process of ever getting these plastics to look good again on my ATV. Figured I would give this stuff a try and wow highly recommended.

Added a little shine but did not remove or clean anything out of the plastic, save your money, stupid me didn't check to see if was Prime, this can't be returned.

Did it take a lot of work? YES. Did I like the results? YES. Would I ever use it again? NOOO. This Is a great product at first. It looks shinny and smooth for maybe 3 rides. Then the finish starts to scratch off. And where plastics bend(fenders) it begins to crack, sort of like a spider web. It's probably better to use it on a 10+ year old motorcycle that looks like shit, than a 08 raptor with mild scratches

This is the most fantastic product I have ever seen. To heck with mototcycles. Use it on your car! Try it on the black mirrors, black trim (or any trim), interior, etc. etc. usually takes several coats, but does it ever last and gives it a great shine! I even used it on my mail box and it gave it a lasting shine that paint could not! And then I tried it on my SHOES! Gads what a shine that lasts. This stuff seems to work on anything and lasts and lasts. BUY IT AND TRY IT. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG!

This stuff works amazing. I wet sanded the crap out of a set of ATV plastics, and ended up putting like 12 coats of this stuff on with a foam brush, I didn’t really like the whole paper towel idea, I don’t recommend using the 220 grit or anything lower unless you want to spend forever sanding. 320, 400, 600 is what I did, some spots all the way up to 1000-1200 to get the surface super smooth before applying, make sure to CLEAN the plastics before, after and during sanding to assure when you are ready to use the solution there’s nothing on the surface.

This product work actually pretty damn good! My atv has a lot of small and medium scratches from all the wood trails I did since I got it ! You just have to wet sand it with 320-600-800-1000 and a 2000 sand paper ! For a better result use a microfibre towel that you can use to clean reading glasses ! 10 coat and your good !
