Diving Board doesn't live up to the hype
Elton John fan since 1969 and I was really looking forward to the release of Diving Board. First rule, don't listen to all of the hype. The CD is OK, but not as great as everyone was saying. I would say I'm a little disappointed..

Home Again
This is not flashy, cane twirling "I'm Still Standing" Pop Elton. But instead dark, mysterious, rich, heart warming intelligent and mature songwriting from a master of the craft. It is one of his best! And its worth the price for 5th Avenue, Oceans Away, Home Again, Voyeur and the title cut. All are classic Elton. Harkens back to Tumbleweed days.
