Hi, My Nutrientest, which I respect, told me to try this product with Bergamonte to lower LDL s and make HDL higher. I had a total Cholesterol of 232 in 9/2015, which my Primary Dr. put me on a statin and I was tired and legs ached. My Nutrients' again told me to try this product for 3 months and have my blood checked again in 3 months. I did this for 3 months from 9/2015 to 1/2016 and my total Cholesterol came down to 197, which in 9/2015 was 232. Triglycerides lowered to 107 which in 2015 was 165. My LDL in 2015 was 152 , lowered to 124 and my HDL in 2015 were 47 and they increased to 52. My ratio of LDL/HDL went from 3.2 to 2.4. I do feel you have to also go by body fat, exercise and eat more veg's. I also did this over the Holidays. I feel it helped me and I will continue to use this product to lower my LDL s even more without the Statins. I also took the CoQ10, 100 mg by Dr. Sinatra's. Thanks

I believe I can get the same results with over-the-counter supplements and not have to pay such a high price.

Ugh! I took this faithfully for three months. I watched my diet meticulously! I exercised! All my numbers went up EXCEPT my HDL which went down when I didn't want that.The other thing is I did develop muscle pain. This acts like a statin. I spoke with an MD who is on the team that brought Bergamet (another product, based on Bergamot). He said that he did have people who developed statin like muscle pains. Mine were very bad and I still toughed it out. Two days after stopping - no more pain..So...........for me, this was a waste of time and money.
