It’s my second Adscope 600 and in my personal opinion it is better than Littmann Master Cardiology Stethoscope (for my ears at least).

Love the stethoscope. Did not like how the package showed what was in it. I live in a townhouse and people walk by my house all the time.

I Love This One!!
I use this for BPs all day every day and I love it!! I first got it because when I got out of school and had to start listening to baby's respirations and HR I was having trouble hearing and counting the heart beats and hearing the respirations through the baby crying, I also was having issues hearing some elderly peoples pulse when taking BP. This stethoscope changed everything! It is the best one I have used so far.The only thing that I would say to someone looking to purchase this stethoscope is look at its length and consider how you carry your scope around. If you are one who puts is around the back of your neck this may not be long enough for you or it may be a bit to thick for your liking. Personally I keep mine with the ear buds around my neck and the scope part in my scrub pocket so its quickly accessible when needed and this way I know it wont fall off or pull my hair.As to its function I have nothing but good things to say about this. It is easy to clean, the ear buds come off to do a deep clean now and then but they have never fallen off or unscrewed on their own as some others have issues with. The buds themselves are soft enough to be comfortable in the ear but firm enough to allow noise cancellation and allow you to focus on what you are listening for.

This is a good overall stethoscope
This is a good overall stethoscope. It does a great job, and it's highly comparable to my Lipman. I like that it cost much less. The diameter of the tube is bigger than the Lipman, so it feels a bit more awkward around my neck, however it's an overall great stethoscope.
