Poor Packaging
Nice hat, but packaging terrible! Sent in a bag with no stuffing in the hat so hat arrived crushed. Don’t know that it will ever look right. So disappointing.

While the hat is good quality, it took two weeks to get here even though I had prime shipping selected.

REPLICA--Not an officially licensed product!
Just got back from Tottenham. Confirmed--THIS HAT IS NOT AN OFFICIALLY LICENSED PRODUCT. If you are buying for a fan, be sure to buy direct from the Club. You'll pay more but at least you'll get an authentic product.

Overpriced
The item showed up smashed in a bag, shoved in my small mailbox, the Quality is so so... not a deal breaker but nothing to write home about either, it’s an official hat from a team store, however it’s marked £17.00! Which is $21.75, but you charged over $30.00 You can find a better quality hat at a local shop, for a better price, I wouldn’t have bought this had I known that going in, and you shouldn’t either
