Good price, good style, very firm
Good price, good style, very firm. After buying a new home we have spent a great deal of $ on furniture. We now have two living spaces, cool but expensive to furnish. We bought an awesome sectional for the primary living space. It’s the kind you could fall asleep by accident, has great style, but cost a pretty penny. Safe to say comfort is a big deal for me.For our secondary living space we were looking for cheap price and function to sleep additional guests but as that doesn’t happen often mainly a good looking couch. This futon is great in terms of capability to become a sleeping arrangement. It also very stylish. However, it isn’t that comfortable. It’s not the kind of couch that you and some friends will forget you are sitting on as it is VERY firm. It’s the kind of couch that adds a cozy feel to a space without adding tons of cozy comfort. I plan to add many comfy pillows to it for everyday use and perhaps a mattress pad cover for when someone stays over. At the end of the day this futon is great for an office or a secondary living space. And let’s be real for the price ($250), maybe my expectations were a bit unrealistic.

Looks good, does not sit well.
Mixed feelings about this. It’s cheap, yes. But you really can’t sit on it long. Don’t buy this for anything more than a decoration.

Elegant and sturdy
I had a hard time with the arms. The screws were hard to screw in then it was hard to screw the bolts in with the tools provided. Screwing in the feet as easy. I find the sofa is very sturdy and the cushions firm. The color, light grey, is very elegant. I have this in my front room ready for extra company. I’m very pleased.

I would give zero to this product and customer service if I could. DON'T BUY IT!
I bought it in August of 2019 when I moved to a new place. The product is very cheaply done and very uncomfortable, however, it would ok, considering the price, if it didn't break with a month. In September, one of the legs broke. I repaired it and was able to use for two more weeks. (By the way, I am small and thin woman and only occasionally slept on the sofa when my son was visiting). I tried to repair it again but it broke completely. Now you cannot use it as a bed at all and sitting on it is very comfortable either because it is shaking. When I contacted this company and provided a detailed description of what happened, I never heard back. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you want to pay this amount for a few weeks of use.

Cheap, poor quality and will break
Okay so let me preface this by saying, I hardly ever write reviews - but for this amount of money I spent on this product and how quickly it fell apart and broke (2 weeks), I am EXTREMELY disappointed. The set up was confusing at first because the instructions are not detailed enough for a single woman to understand. Also, once it was finally assembled, it is extremely uncomfortable. There is a very hard middle section that divides the couch so no one can sit there. The part that really frustrates me is that the legs snapped up because the metal hinges used to secure them are so cheap and easily bend. I sat down one day (120 lbs) and it literally collapsed. I had my boyfriend flip it over and take a look and he determined the wood this company uses is cheap plywood and it had split away from the hardware.

Firm, Chic, Easy(?) to assemble, One issue...
It’s firm, just like I wanted. It’s multifunctional, it’s the exact color I was looking for. Of course, the tools they provide are... subpar at best so it was a breeze with my own. I’d say it was sturdy but one of the legs did buckle under the weight of the couch. Upon further inspection the screw had just spun out when it was initially assembled prior to me receiving it. Simply replaced it with longer screws of my own & it was as sturdy as the rest. For the price, I’m happy, even with the bumps in the road.

Overall good!
My wife bought the sofa twice for staging house.Pros:1. Love the modern looks.2. Cushion is firm.3. Packaging is pretty good.4. Instruction to assemble is pretty clear. My wife assembled it herself by following the paper step by step. They provided the tools and you won't need any other tools other than what they provided.5. It has storage under the cushion to store the unused legs.5. Price is fair for the quality you get.Cons:1. It takes forever to assemble it. It took her about 1.5 hr if not 2 hrs to assemble without the electric power tool.2. Because it's relatively an inexpensive sofa, sometimes the hole got covered with the fabric and you have to cut it yourself so that the screw can get in.3. One of the pre-drilled threaded holes gave in when she screwed it in. It wasn't even over-torqued but it was ok since the other 3 holes worked. This happened with the second futon we bought.4. The first futon we bought, one of the arms looked uneven when it was done. The second one was fine.Overall is pretty good for me since it was lightly used and only for staging.

I love it
It was a pretty simple installation. So far I am enjoying the comfort of itUpdate the pre screw holes have worn out and the middle legs came off and I have no idea what to do. I do love my little couch
