Best personal finance book
This is the best finance book. Not because of what you learn from it. What you learn is helpful and simple. This book motivates you to actually do the work. Immediately after reading I restructured my finances. And it has been great.

Reader Beware…
As decent a grasp of the English language as I claim to have, I wish I had enough to just go with the modern version of this classic book. I can still understand it, and the font is large enough to read without my 1.75 readers. But…unless you wanna brush up on your post-Shakespearean phrasings and grammatical structure, you might wanna look for something a lil more…uhm…updated.

Good book
Common financial sense. Financial wisdom. 1. Live on 70% of your income 2. Pay debt off with the 30%. 3. Once debt is paid, take that 30% to build 6 months of living expenses emergency fund. 4. Once emergency fund is built, Take that 30% and invest it. Over the years as your income increases, you will have more money to invest. Do this plan for 30 years and you will be wealthy.
