Previously I had only ever used a cheap, small, red Lipo battery tester/voltage alarm to check my batteries and this Battery Capacity Tester is superior in every way. Pros: + Larger so you don't lose it but still fits in your pocket comfortably + Shows total battery voltage and capacity left as a percentage + Shows voltage of each cell individually and capacity left as a percentage + You can select which cell you wish to view the voltage of and the display stays on that cell + Shows which cell has the highest voltage and which has the lowest, as well as capacity left of each + Shows the difference between the highest voltage cell and the lowest voltage cell Cons: - None

This is a great battery checker for the price. I couldn’t tell you exactly how accurate it is but from what I’ve seen it’s plenty accurate enough and reliable for checking batteries and individual cells. The only thing it’s lacking which would make it perfect is an internal resistance reading

Item was delivered on time a well packaged. Being new to flying RC electric planes I needed to know how much battery power I was using during flights without risking using all power. I’ve only managed time to use it few times and found it very useful and realised I can get a few more minutes extra flight time per Lipo pack. I’m pleased with the purchase and would recommend, but did need to find out how to use as there are no instructions.

This is a useful device which will give you indigestion from the amount of data it provides. I find no fault with it except that it could be supplied with a 7 cell balancing lead. You don't need a different lead for each battery type (2,3,4,5,6,7), just connect a seven cell balancing lead to the controller; less if you always have fewer cells in your batteries. Black or negative lead to the '- ve' symbol on the controller. The red lead will then be connected to another pin indicating how many cells a battery can have without using a different lead. For your particular battery, put the battery balancing plug into the controller lead socket making sure to have it all the way to the black lead end (black-to-black).

Small and light, saves so much time when you muddle batteries up. Find out which are charged or flat. Used plenty in the month I’ve had it, and thanked myself for buying it each time :-)

I would not go anywhere without this in my airsoft bag. Simple and easy to use and no batterys needed as it uses power from battery when checking.
