This harness fits MY dog but it may not work for ALL dogs, depending on the size of their chests. That is the only design improvement I would make. I LOVE that the harness is fully padded! Hard to find one that's padded everywhere AND fits AND is easy to put on and remove.UPDATE: Having used it for a few days, I would like to be able to attach it to a collar so that if the dog were ever to slip out of the harness OR the collar, I would still have control over him. I wish there was a fixed ring attached to harness in front of the handle, so I could connect it to the collar with a lanyard that has a snap at each hand. I could attach it to the ring on the handle, but that moves back and forth, so that would put pressure on the collar nearly all the time, which is not what I want.I LOVE the simple design. It fastens with Velcro around the dog's barrel and then with an adjustable strap/buckle OVER the Velcro. I LOVE that the ring for the leash is attached to the harness' HANDLE rather than to the harness itself. This minimizes (or eliminates) the whole harness TURNING on the dog's body.Watch the video on the Amazon site. That's what sold me on this design. I've sent back a couple of other harnesses due to flaws in fit or materials, but this one looks like a keeper!

I own three of these harnesses! The genius design is in the Velcro strap and a single clip. No wrestling with multiple straps and clips. Just loop over your dog's head, pop velcro in place and snap, DONE! Super easy to adjust due to wide straps. I use a seat belt connector for the car for safe rides.

I love this harness so much. I take my dog out for runs on all sorts of terrain. Its great for maneuvering trails and even better for having him pull a little on the lead for a sprint. Its robust and neatly made. Doesn't choke!!!! Not even a little! 10/10. Highly recommend. Will absolutely buy again when I need to

Now, first of all, I have a harness I use daily, but my dog is a chihuahua mix with larger chest, much smaller neck and head, so she ‘escapes’ rather easily. Luckily, unless scared into running, she won’t take off on me. This new harness goes on pretty easily and is solid. I don’t see her backing her way out of this one. We were taking a road trip and I wanted her to be safe.Cons:It’s a little bulkier.Not quite as easy as her existing harness to get on and off, but it is easy.I’m not fond of the ring on the back that sort of stands up-to me it looks a little funny. Seems to stick up more than it has to-however, I realize smaller might impact function.Pros:Outstanding quality-I trust it to protect her and she’s NOT getting out of it-peace of mind.The little ring that stands up that I’m not fond of performs flawlessly! It keeps the energy centered and doesn’t allow the harness to slide this way or that. Often my dog gets entangled in her other harness getting it on the wrong side of her leg and shoulder. That DOES NOT HAPPEN with this harness.I love the the reflector for night walking-added safety.Adjustability. It’s easy to adjust to the dog wearing it and parts appear durable.So my overall impression is that I highly recommend this harness. It works perfectly and efficiently. The ring mechanism on the back prevents the lopsided sliding that happens with many harnesses. It stands out at night and comes in a variety of colors. You can’t go wrong.

This is a well made harness and very durable. I have a 45-50 lb pitbull neck 22 and girth 24 so I bought the medium size and fits perfect. Girth is adjustable only. The neck of harness lays more on his shoulders as seen on website and does hinder him from pulling. I am proud to own a made in USA product! This is a definite must buy well worth every penny.

Dog harness is exactly as described, and size is true to the chart on the seller's website. The harness fits easily over my dog's head and the one strap that goes under the dog's belly is easy to connect and snap is up on the top of his back. The harness appears sturdy, and my dog has no issues with how the harness fits around him. So far it seems to be working well. I'll have to see how it holds up, but I like it a lot so far and can recommend it for anyone looking for an easy on harness.

Got this to use only when training puppy on nosework. It’s perfect for proper handling during these exercises. She knows when she sees it what we’re about to do, and is eager to put it on. Perfect position for leash attachment, adjusts easily for exact fit. Lightweight but sturdy.
