Amazing customer service - This did not fit the polaris 570 sportman, but their other product that uses zip ties does - Through Amazon Returns I emailed the company that I needed to return the item due to it not fitting and that I had purchased and installed their other model. They responded quickly and issued a refund w/o need for a return. I have these on two machines and it makes use of the machines comfortable on my hands. Works perfectly. Well designed. Adjustable/bendable to fit. My sons and wife also like the product. At first I was hesitant to use a zip tie attachment for this type of product, but it is very durable and secure. I never leave feedback, but due to the high level of customer service and the quality and usefulness of the product I did on this.

My son has a Polaris Sportsman 90. On a trip to NY where we did some extended riding, he was complaining of thumb and wrist pain. We ended up just having him ride on my wife's ATV with her because he would not be able to ride on his own long enough. I found this product and gave it a try. I had to trim it a bit to get it to clear the hand grips (I also trimmed the right side grip a bit). My son says it is much easier to work the thumb throttle and we have done some longer rides without any pain. Very happy so far and no issues with it loosening up or slipping.

This is easy to install and really cut down on the soreness of my Thumb by the end of the ride. I can use the base of my thumb for throttle control and maintain a good grip on the handlebar without interference of the throttle. I just made sure there is no rubbing against the handle grip and it's ready to use.

We bought this for my 5 yo grandson. He’s been riding something for about 3 years. Last year he got an atv but had trouble with the throttle because his hands are small and he has trouble applying pressure on throttle consistently. We bought this extension thinking it would help. The first time he used it it stuck behind the actual throttle and he couldn’t get it to release or stop. Thankfully his dad was riding with him and was able to unstick. My husband thought maybe it was because of atv being so small so he tried it on his brute force. Did the exact same thing.

The product is well built. Problem I had is it would not fit a CFMoto due to the throttle has a small thumb pad with a reenforcement mold line on the back. As this uses a hinge design (no inserts provided) it would not tighten down enough to grip. When I went to remove it one of the screws and nut galled and seized. Had to break the hardware off. Not worth returning. Will give it to a buddy with a Polaris. Maybe it will work on it. *Updated to 5 stars* Product did not fit my CFMoto. They promptly messaged me and gave a full refund. That is great service.

This is perfect for all sizes of hands. I now have 3 of these and have bought additional ones for friends. I have a big hand and suffer from circulation issues. The ability to bind it to fit my hand now allows me to ride both my atv and snow machine for longer periods. I also have one on the atv my 10 year old grandson uses and he can now reach the throttle without just having his fingertips on the handlebar. It is nice to be able to go for long rides without him anting to go home because his had is cramping, and he can keep better control of machine with more of his hand on the grips.

It was very easy to install and I like that I can use the palm of my hand to control throttle at times to give my thumb a rest.

Very well made and easy to install. Makes using the throttle much easier.
