The moss dies almost as you watch it and the grass condition also improves at speed.
Have used it several years running now, in Spring and Autumn, using a watering can. Use quantities as directed and it does a great job.

Iron based moss treatment
This comes in a plastic bottle with a measuring cap. The label tells you the dosage to add for both watering can and sprayer.I have tried this using a Berthoud knapsack with a 1 bar setting and a 1.2ltr per min anvil nozzle to see what it’s performance is like.While it does state lawn food you will note no NPK is given so let’s assume the iron content is the food they mention.I applied it at 150ml for 4ltrs in the knapsack and applied it to my lawn. At this dosage for my area was fine, the bits of moss that were present reacted as expected and you get a very quick response.Iron will green up the grass and tackle moss but as it does not state the NPK a balanced feed would not go a miss either. I would also say for a moss treatment there are cheaper alternatives available from various manufactures but if you have a small lawn as this treats around 66m2 then it’s fine. Using a sprayer with give a better coverage too.I can’t say it’s thickened the turf up alone as I used it along side a liquid feed, not at the same time though.To sum up, it works but you might find better products depending on the lawn size.

Moss killer
Great product, spread it on the lawn next day had brown patches the day after black patches it had killed all the moss, left it a few weeks and then raked the dead moss out of the lawn and reseeded a few months on the lawn is'nt right yet but it's better than it was. I would use this product again.

Have used this before, does what it’s supposed to. Costs slightly more than some other “miss killers” but this one works.

Works well value for money.
This worked well on my small front lawn and it's worked well as feed for my pot plants.

It stains the pavement!
It’s efficient on moss but it stained my patio and it’s impossible to remove those stains. This happened even if I’ve washed the patio after the spillage.

Used this before - really is good - turns the moss brown within 1 day. Just need to rake it up now 😩
