I suffer with back and neck problems, the pillow is very comfortable. At first I thought it was a little too firm it conforms to your head and neck. With it being shredded memory foam you can easily push it around to be more comfortable. I'm a side sleeper so I push it back in the front to get it comfortably around my neck and my arm under it. (See pictures, 2nd picture shows it'sup on the side I stick my arm under so I'm not punching off my arm) Plus, I love the fact that you can take some out to make it softer, I'm going to try that soon! I've tried many pillows, I really am pleased with this one. I feel like I wake up with less pain than before. The first day or 2 did take getting a little used to but I really like it!

As soon as I got my pillow and laid on it that night. I felt least headaches and least back instantly. Thanks to supportiback I finally get the sleep I needed for a long time.

So I'm not going to lie, I think I had my expectations up too high and I was a little disappointed BUT, every night I sleep with it I like it a little more. And it's not at all what I expected the inside to look like. Especially when I get the pillow itself for the first time The round package it comes in set me off a little bit. I opened it up pulled up a pillow and rolled it as flat as can be. You literally have to fluff it yourself firstbut that's okay because after a couple hours of that fluffing you do it also puffs up on its own. I didn't notice the smell but it says something about on the pamphlet comes with. Pretty comfortable to sleep with. Not too hard not too soft it Maneuvers right with you and your sleep. I will put it to you this way, I'm going to continue to sleeping with this every night. And if it continues to work like it has the first two nights of sleep with it I like it more more every night I will come back with the later if you after another couple weeks to let you know if I feel it was worth the money that cost.

I have neck problems, and I bought this pillow based on the reviews.The pillow is comfortable, and supportive of about any sleep position that you want.It comes tightly packed, and must be allowed to decompress (they recommend overnight) before using.They give you washing instructions for the cover, with the advisory that the pillow could become funky. It's now easy to understand how that would happen. 5 of the 7 nights I have used it I woke up with my head/neck in a bad sweat. This is in a 66 degree bedroom. I can't imagine how hot it will be in the summertime, when I keep the bedroom 70-72 degrees.I'm afraid I'm going to have to wash the cover (not the foam) and probably pass it on to someone who sleeps cooler than I. Too bad, because it is comfortable.

My wife and I bought two different brands of memory foam pillow. This one has chunks of foam and the other has strips, like from an older style paper shredder. They are both better than the traditional pillows we had but, for me, the strips are a bit softer and cooler. Pillows and mattresses are very much a matter of personal preference so these might not concern you but for me, I prefer the strips.

Great pillow!!! It came in a rolled up package so when we opened it we had no idea what it was. It was supposed to be a gift but I stole it because it's so wonderful. I got in a car accident about 10 years ago and got crazy bad whiplash and since am only able to use certain pillows. This one supports my neck and keeps me happy. I will be buying another to replace to one I stole haha

Artificial uncomfortable nonsense and garbage. There’s nothing comfortable about this pillow. You can pull out stuffing you can do anything you want to it but it’s just junk. The outside feels like paper towels. And the shredded foam stuff just isn’t good pillow stuffing. I was going to save this for guests but it’s not even good enough for that.

I love my new pillow! I have had the best nights rest since using these. I am so used to buying cheap pillows and having them for years I don’t realize how bad they were hurting my body. They have the perfect amount of stuffing and are completely washable with 2 covers on them. I have dogs that like to sleep in my pillow so I launder my bed frequently. These pillows are amazing!!

I like the fact you can adjust the size by removing some of the shredded memory foam prices to suit your own personal needs. I have had the best and most comfy nights sleep since using this pillow. I am very impressed. Highly recommended!

dispatch was a bit slow, but once it was dispatched it arrived on time.the pillow was packaged in a handy little protective carrier with handles, so it was easy to transport and wasn't awkward to carry to the car.it comes with a breathable pillow case which you have to remove when you first open it and another case which zips open so you can air it out for 48 hours - which i highly recommend!after 48 hours it becomes all plump and firm! i suffer from severe neck and shoulder pain, i tried it out for the first time last night and the pain has hugely reduced, and i also had a super sound sleep. i might need to take some stuffing out as it does become maybe a bit too plump up for me, which i wasn't expecting at all.i understand alot of customer's had random shrapnel inside but mine was fine!overall very pleased with it, thank you.

I love it. Bought it for my wife who continuously suffer from neck pains.Just do this trick. Open it and sprinkle the foam pieces, because after packaging it will be pressed together in a way that makes the pillow thinner. Make it fluffy in a 10/minute work!

This pillow is great. I’d tried a solid curved side sleeping thing and it made my neck pain worse (I have arthritis). I gave this one a go because it has bits inside instead and I liked the idea that I could take some out if necessary. I didn’t need to though. It was quite compacted when it arrived as they roll it up for delivery. I just unzipped it and separated the foam a bits by hand and it soon looked big and puffy. I was initially a bit disturbed by just how big I’d made it look but it soon settled down as I used it.I’ve been using it over a week now and I’m well chuffed! I’d happily recommend. I had one for years and years... then it got ruined recently (there may have been a vomit incident). That’s when I gave the solid one a go. No thanks!This one is as good as my old faithful. Very happy.

Excellent pillow- I've tried fiberfill, down, down alternative, solid memory foam, and curved memory foam pillows before, and this has been my favorite pillow so far. I was apprehensive that because of the shredded pieces, it would become lumpy during the night, but it holds its form really well. It is a firmer pillow with a lot of support, yet is still pliable, soft, and full. I left all the filling inside, but it has a zipper if you wish to remove some of it to suit your preference. It is hard to recommend pillows to others- if you are a side or back sleeper this is a great pillow. It isn't as comfortable to sleep on my stomach with it though, so if you are a front sleeper, this might not be the one for you- unless you want to remove some of the filling. I made sure to let it air out for a few days before using, by then there was no trace of the memory foam smell left. Two thumbs up!
