Bill Gates Speaks: Insight from the World's Greatest Entrepreneur

This book will help any CEO see his or her business from a new set of lens. Bill Gates had heroes, people he read about and was inspired by: this book is a book about a mentor-Bill Gates-that even Bill Gates himself would have loved to read about. Lovely book.

This is a good book to get to know a little more about Bill Gates.

I read this book in less than 2 hours. It was a fast-read, fact filled, entertaining. Well-written and concise. Gates is THE MAN of the 20th century!!

Started reading this book yesterday (August 5, 2018), finished it today. WOW! this is a fascinating work, particularly since most of the data are Bill Gates' own words. I admit I am an "Intellectual Snob," but this book blew me away. The knowledge and personality of this one man is astounding. I say: BILL GATES FOR PRESIDENT and let's get some intelligence in the White House, by electing someone who knows how to solve [our] problems!

Bill Gates Speaks provides plenty of insight including numerous pertinent quotations. Those with little knowledge of Gates yet an interest in his views will find value in this book; however, I struggle to rate this book above three stars as it is merely a scattered collection of thoughts as oppose to a well organized account. With that said, I would also be hard pressed to rate this book negatively as the subject attracts intrigue on its own right and Lowe appears to be at least both informed and well-researched on the topic.If you have a keen interest in Bill Gates, I would read this book; otherwise, I would search for something a little more engrossing.

I am not an avid reader because I find myself bored while reading, but this book caught my attention almost instantaniously. I don't know if it is my obsession with money, and the fact that I am reading about the wealthiest man in the world. Or, it may be the fact that I love computers, and if it wasn't for this man...I may have never even known about computers and neither would the next guy.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I was hoping, however, that there would have been greater insight into his business and negotiating tactics. I'm sure no different from Andy Grove's of Intel or any other successful entrepreneur.

like thte title said itself, the book really provide a lot of insights. Bill Gates is really one of the most powerfull and successful entrepreneur of this century. Just one advice: Buy this book !!!
