LoveRPi Raspberry Pi 3 B+ 32GB Plug and Play Starter Kit with Raspbian Desktop

Great starter kit, was very easy to get up and running. However, I did have an issue with the included power supply. I would get an almost constant under voltage warning. I tested the voltage and it was putting out less than my phone charger that was rated 5v:1a. So I contacted LoveRPi and explained what was happening and they sent a replacement PSU. The new PSU runs great, haven't had an under voltage warning all day.Two stars off for having the issue, one star regained for fast and considerate service.

The SD card I received is defective. I had problems booting and configuring the RPi 3 ... it kept hanging up ... rebooting didn't improve things.I downloaded a new Raspbian image and tried to re-create the card. SDFormatter could not format the card, I Tried using EaseUS Partition Master and it reported IO errors. I the ran a surface scan and it reported bad sectors. I will update this review after the seller (LoveRPi) responds and I can actually boot up and use the RPi3.May 30 and no word from the seller.I bought a 16 GB card from amazon and installed the full version of 2017-04-10-raspbian-jessie With PIXEL. Works fine but No seller support.

Great beginner kit to get you playing right out of the box. The packaging is great and documentation is also included to assist if you are new to Raspberry Pi. The SD card comes with Raspbian image so it saves the user from having to find a compatible SD card and then downloading NOOBS or Raspbian image themselves. I am very pleased with the kit and actually hooked it up for the first time in a hotel room while traveling using only the parts included in the kit (except for the TV which belonged to the hotel obviously) and I was able to browse the internet and send email.

I bought this to drive a DIY Dakboard monitor - digital signage for your home, does some of the info organization stuff Echo Show and Home Hub SHOULD do but don't (yet).Assembly and config were easy, and Raspian is pre-installed on the memory card. I managed to break it by shutting it off during an update, but after reloading the SD card I was back in business. No instructions, so I had to look up what to do with the heat sinks.With Raspian on the card, it took just a few minutes to get this up and running. Buying another to run a file server.

i ran this pi when it arrived for a bit then packed it away until now as i had a good use for it, i installed a clean version of raspbin lite as i didnt need a detailed display, it ran beautifully for i dont know an hour took my attention away for a few and looked back over to find the keyboard was off and only a solid red light on the board, yes i know that means it cant read the sd. ive reinstalled raspbin like on the same sd, then on a new sd, then tried on a usb, messed with the power supply, really not sure what happened to cause this.i think this was a freak thing so im not giving one star, just a bit dissapointed because i waited this long to make use of it and cant return it anymore, because now i want a newer raspberry pi but dont want to invest if i already wasted $50 on this one.

The Pi, SD Card, Card Reader, HDMI cable, and Heat Sinks are just fine. However, in less than a day after receiving it, it stopped powering up. I did some troubleshooting and discovered the plug itself had died. I used another microUSB plug I had lying around and the Pi worked great. I contacted Amazon and they gave me $10 store credit to buy a new plug and I put that towards a Raspberry Pi case with cooling fan and power supply instead.

I bought this to get an Octopi instance up and running for my Anet A8. Since I was planning on printing a custom enclosure, this had all of the things I needed to get going. I eventually replaced the included wall wort with a buck converter and wired directly to the PSU for a cleaner install, but it worked fine until then. Great kit for a project where you already have a packaging solution. Highly recommended.

This product is great right out of the box. If you have never used one there are fantastic youtube videos on what/how to use them. I am using mine as retro gaming machine. I have added retropie to the unit. My children, friends, and I have already put in a lot of hours playing games from my childhood. If you are going to use retro pie on this and you have a lot of xbox 360 controllers get the wireless adapter and u can then use 4 controllers with one. I am also using it to run kodi and it does a phenomenal job running that program as well.
