Great Fans
I purchased 2 of these fans around a month ago for my new computer build. I'm using a Cooler Master Elite 430 mid case, which has 6 slots for case fans. I placed one of these Rosewill fans pulling air in on the left side panel, and the other pulling air in through the bottom vent, in addition to a few other fans moving some air around.Installation:Installing these fans we pretty easy. Each fan came with 8 screws to attach the fan with, although only 4 are needed (4 extra!). Like other fans, you need to predrill the fan attachment holes to give the screws. They attached easily, and were pulled tightly against the case, preventing any type of movement. The fan connector consisted of a 3 pin connector for the motherboard, or a 4 pin male/female plug, so you could stack several on one PSU plug. The cables were plenty long, and the wires coming out of the fan came with black wire covering which has a great look.Quality:I was actually pretty surprised with the quality of these fans. The plastic feels strong, and is perfectly clear. The wires attaching the 4 blue LEDs in each corner are very thin and covered in some type of clean epoxy to protect them. The LED wires aren't visible unless you look for them. Again, the black wire covering on the power wires definitely makes this fan seem much higher quality. It makes very little noise (I'm not sure the noise rating in the product description is correct), and moves around a good amount of air. Again, these fans are a lot quieter than I expected, and I have 2! The LEDs are at a great brightness level; not too bright, not too dim.Performance:These fans perform as great as they look. It moves a lot of air around, and keeps the case very cool. As I write this, the system temperature is hovering at 30 degrees Celsius, my NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 (don't laugh) is stable at 37 degrees Celsius. Its staying this cool in a 104 degree Fahrenheit heatwave, with an i5 2500K processor running at 3.4 ghz. All this in addition to the fan's silence makes it a great performing product.Overall:This is a great fan at an even better price. I would definitely suggest buying this fan, even more than one of them. While I can't speak for its longevity (I've had it for ~1 month), it looks like it'll last a long time. I'm sure you won't be disappointed with this fan.

Circulates air well in my sound booth
I’m a professional audiobook narrator. In order to keep floor noise low, I need a quiet fan, but I also need to breathe. This fan is almost silent and keeps air circulating well. It’s excellent, especially at this price point.

Good fan. Excellent value!
I use his fan mainly mounted to my radiator. As some of the reviewers stated, the fans are pretty audible ( I won't say noisy). If you are someone who owned other 140mm fans especially the ones with high Static Pressure, you might be disappointed with the amount of noise this fan produces. I am telling you: please don't be because everything is relative. Fans with high static pressure will always be noisier than regular case fans. As the static pressure increases with higher RPM, the fan will typically get noisier. It's true the Rosewill Hyperborea pushes more air and has higher air flow @ the same RPM when compared to a fan like the Noctua NF-A14 iPPC 3000 or 2000. But it's noisier as well. Overclockers.com has done a nice roundup testing comparing a bunch of 140mm radiator fans (I attached a picture of the testing results). You can tell that the NF-A14 @ 1500 RPM exhibits the same performance as the Hyperborea @ 1300 RPM with almost the same amount of noise. If you are using this fan as a Radiator fan and you appreciate a silent PC, you have to know that you will have to run it @ 1000 RPM at most (900 RPM is preferable). That doesn't mean you are compromising the performance of your system because @ 1000 RPM those fans will cool as good as other fans @ 1300 or 1500 RPM. Given it's hard to find a good 140mm radiator fan ( unlike 120mm fans ), I will have to say those ones are considered among the good ones: 0. Excellent value, almost 1/2 the price of any other high end quality radiator fan (Noctua or Noiseblocker .....) 0. Long sleeved cable 0. PWM 0. Good relative performance with high static pressureNote: Those fans are identical to the Akasa Apache 140mm fans. It's basically the same fan under a different brand name.

Not Bad.....
I have a system that I have a h60 water cooler on set up as the manufacture suggests so as to cool my i7-4790 down. (I don't overclock but still want my system to run cool.) To help this out I had added a side case fan that was pulling air out of the case. Unfortunately I only had a 90mm fan to use and it was very loud. I decided to get this 4 pack set and replace the smaller fan with a 120mm one so as to quieten things down and move a bit more air. I figured this set would give me a few spare fans if I needed them. I got them in and opened up the package and the first thing I noticed was the multi-style power plug that they came with. So if you need to plug them into the MB then you have a plug that will work and if you need to take the power off an older style HD power cable then you can. I also noted that each fan came with four mounting screws to use for attaching these to the frame. Again a very good touch here. So I pulled up my main system and opened her up. After taking out the old fan and doing a bit of drilling to get the new screw holes right, I mounted one on the side of my case cover where the old fan had been. I needed to provide a fan cover screen as the H60 water cooler tube were just a bit to close to the side of the case and that made sure they wouldn't get into the fan blades when replacing the cover. After getting the done and doing a bit of dusting out while I was act it, I hooked the fan up and put the case cover back on. I then cranked her back up, and at first, thought the new fan wasn't running as I couldn't hear anything. I placed my hand over the vent and could feel hot air venting from the case. I then opened up an app I use for checking case and CPU temps to see what they looked like. I noted a 2 to 3c lower temp on the MB sensor so moving a bit more air seems to have helped some with the added benefit that the system ran quieter. Not bad for the small cost and time it took. Not a bad fan at all.

Good fans for the price!
While these fans aren't top of the line, I wasn't expecting that. Just wanted some extra air flow in the case and they do just that! They are quite enough for me (I can't hear them at all). Would definitely order again! Fit well in my msi mag forge case on the top!

Great Price, Great Performance, Great Size, Acceptable Noise
I needed a slim fan for the back of my case (exhaust) to clear my AIO lines.Very surprised with the volume of air this fan moves for how small it is and how loud it is.Granted its not quiet by any means at full tilt. But considering its moving 54cfm, you cant expect it to be silent. My Noctua fans are louder (they do move more air) but still. I'd say the noise level is appropriate given the level of air it's moving and how slim the blades. Also this is a PWM fan, when I'm not gaming my fans are at 20-50% load. In that realm it's silent.I'd urge people not to by this fan for a radiator or CPU cooler. As it's static presure is not great. But as a case fan, works perfect.I only used this in exhaust configuration. I see some people having clearance issues using it as an intake. So I can't speak to that.Price = CheapPerformance = GreatForm factor = Slim asLongivety, couldn't tell ya. This is all based on first impressions but so far so good.

Great fans.
The fans were quite, and provided good air flow, however one of the fans had a loss connection and wouldn't turn on most of the time.

Great LED fan
The LEDs give off a really great blue light, not too bright and its a nice shade of blue as well. Also I find this fan to be a little quieter than the stock non-LED fans that come in some Rosewill cases which is also nice
