Everyone loves it, very palatable and I love that I don't have to worry about any vitamins, minerals, fat content, protein content etc. I'm in the process of getting a bachelor's degree in environmental science (with a focus on biology, and a heavy amount of chemistry) and this is the best stuff on the market. I was looking into making my own base mix similar to the shunamite diet for rats, but even with my scientific background it was getting overwhelming (and expensive), enter Mazuri! i use this for my hamster, he loves it! this food is great to add to other hamster seed mixes because it increases the protein content. my obly qualm is that it has added sugar in the form of molasses, which isn't really great for your pet. for this reason, this brand is not safe for dwarf hamsters, since they are especially prone to diabetes. but, for my syrian hamster, it works well. he reallt enjoys the taste (probably because of all that sugar lol) and i enjoy how affordable it is.

I bought this for my hamsters two months ago. They love the pellets, but today we found tiny bugs inside the bag. The bag was properly sealed after each use, and the expiry date says 2026, yet it has already gone bad. I had to throw the whole bag away.
