This item was perfect. I have a Mac all in one computer I wanted to hook to a monitor to have a second screen. I originally got an adapter. However it lagged. So I asked my 16 year old computer whiz son what the problem was and he said the adapter. So after researching I found this and it does amazing. Super fast reaction to everything.

Excellent produc works great, helped me solve an audio interference coming from the monitor through the HDMI cable my audio interface and my studio speakers. Been trying to solve it for 3 months. This cable did the trick.

Good quality and price

I have a Dell Inspiron 5000 series that's a few years old and upgraded my external monitor to a 3440x1440 34" widescreen, but it couldn't recognize it properly and did not display the full width using the HDMI cable. Previously had a typical 21" monitor using the same setup and it played 1080p, Then I added a USB-C to HDMI adapter I had laying around, which allowed the full usage of the monitor width, but any video full screen over 360p would be very choppy. This cable fixed the issues and now the external works at 1440p FULL SCREEN!!!

Cable failed after a couple of months. I did not wind it too tight, I did not move it around to break anything inside the cable, it just randomly failed over night one day.

USB-C→DisplayPortのケーブルを購入しました。結論から言うと、映像出力はかなり安定していて満足しています。 まず良かった点は、4K環境でも遅延やチラつきがなくスムーズに表示できるところ。作業用としても動画視聴用としても問題なく使えています。ケーブル自体もしっかりした作りで、編み込み素材のおかげで耐久性もありそうです。 一方で気になった点としては、ケーブルがやや硬めなので取り回しが少ししづらいところ。ただ、その分断線しにくそうなのでトレードオフかなと思います。 価格と性能のバランスを考えるとコスパはかなり良いです。USB-CからDisplayPort接続を考えている人にはおすすめできる商品です。

Good to use. Still working. Did not get destroyed at higher resolution like USB-C to DP dongles do. Refresh rate works well. Users may some times face issues when starting laptop or when switching source on a monitor back and forth between sources or KVM like switching. When this is done, the monitor will disconnect it self on laptop being closed. Display connected through it will not be detected. Just restart the laptop twice and set the display through it as main. Tested on 2K monitor it works at higher refresh rates 140Hz+. My 4K gaming 240Hz. TV one does not have DP so could not test it. The sole reason for using this device is that the Display Port supports natively a higher resolution and refresh rate than HDMI 2.0. I already have tried two top of the line (and costlier) HDMI cables. This one delivers far better than the HDMI ones so I expect it to deliver what it states at 8K. I actually did not anticipate it would work. Good find.
