Centrum Women Multigummies 100ct

I was searching for a general multivitamin for adult women where the vitamin itself was not as large as a horse pill to swallow, and I decided to try these centrum gummies based on other people's recommendations here on Amazon. I personally would not make a gummy my first choice, but not only did people say they tasted good and were easy to swallow/chew, but they were pretty well rounded in what the vitamin contained, and also nothing was super strong in terms of its dosage. I actually am very happy with this choice of vitamin, as the medicine is easy to chew and swallow and they do really taste fruity - to the point I have not skipped taking them each day since they were delivered to me - which I honestly can not say about other vitamins I have tried. As far as the looks of the actual gummy vitamin - the package does state the color changes over time, but the potency and safety is not affected by the color change. I am glad the manufacturer provides that color information on their bottle label, as the bottle shows these vitamins as being raspberry red, lemon yellow. blueberry, orange in color, just like the fruit would be, but the vitamins looked brownish in color and not appetizing at all when I opened them up. The gummy vitamins I received expire in Oct 2023. Because the dosage is 2 a day, they will be used up just prior to the expiration date based on how many gummies came in the bottle. Had that information not been provided about the color change, I would have wanted to return them or throw them out, but I did not, as looks can be deceiving when it comes to these particular vitamins. I would not hesitate to purchase these multivitamins again. They were a good all around purchase if you want a small sized multivitamin that is easy to take and tastes good at the same time.

I asked my doctor what would be a good vitamin to take and she suggested this one. The gummies are good tasting with good flavors. I have noticed that there has been fewer doctor visits since I started taking them and I haven’t had a lot of colds or other problems with getting sick during the winter and even less during the warmer months.

I bought these as I had purchased before. This time they were all stuck together and they taste old, very disappointed in product.

First, these gummies taste great. It's hard to stick to just 2 per day. So, I was very annoyed when I went to the ingredients and saw that not only were they lacking in magnesium, but also-- NO IRON. Isn't this the point of having women's vs. men's vitamins? To have a higher amount of iron in women's and a lower amount in men's? I compared these to my Centrum Kids chewable vitamins, and overall, the kids' vitamins are much better, and much cheaper, although not so yummy as these "women's" gummies.

I have taken these for 1 year. I cannot handle any vitamin taste and these have no vitamin taste. They seriously taste like a package of gummies I feed to my child. I can tell a difference in energy, hair and skin after taking them for a few months. I will continue to purchase these.

Unlike the men's version of this same brand of multivitamin gummies, which are sugared on the outside, these gummy vitamins are smooth and are soft, and they come in various colors inside of the jar. My wife is happy with this brand, so we may stick with it for a while.
