This journal is a nice weight. The pen holder and magnetic clasp are nice additions. The inside features a few slots for business cards or credit cards. These make it a little difficult to write on the left side of the paper, but are convenient for storage. The texture of the journal cover is nice, but calling it leather isn't accurate (if it is, I'll be shocked).The journal insert it comes with is nice enough, with lined paper and a ribbon bookmark. The paper isn't of great quality, but it's fine for recording daily meeting notes and the like. More than this insert, I'm thrilled about being able to replace it with whatever I need after I deplete it. The cover seems like it will stand up to repeated use. The colors are fun as well.Overall, it's a pretty good little journal cover. I'd probably buy it again. Don't buy it for the paper.

Purchased this to replace my work notebook. The magnetic latch is a plus and the integrated bookmark is a nice touch. Overall, very pleased with this. Pretty well made and love the color, tired of using the same old black notebook.

I bought this to start journaling and have been loving it so far. I just bought new inserts because I'm almost done with the original pages. A good 20 of the first pages are just random info and places to write contact names. I like the inclusion of the card slots and mini post its. I use the card slots for movie tickets and have yet to use the post its. I love the orange color, it's very vibrant. The magnet is pretty strong. The leather is soft. The stitches are clean. I am very happy with this purchase, I plan to use this for a long time.

I received this product today. Shipping was good. Overall the journal cover is nice but the notebook included with the cover has outdated calendars. It has calendar pages for 2019, 2020, 2021. We are now in November 2021 and the last calendar is about to outdated. I am very disappointed because I am giving this as a gift to someone so they can use it to keep track of medical issues and appointments. The outdated calendar now makes this somewhat useless. I wish they could send me a new refill with more current calendars.If the calendar doesn't matter to you, then the cover isn't bad.

I JUST got this journal. It's beautiful with some very nice features. I like the magnetic clasp, the combo of vegan leather with contrasting clasp wrap. It has a silky ribbon marker, plus it came with a set of 6 highlight color sticky-tabs to place where-ever I like. There's a pen loop, and some helpful data pages at front. But the best part is how the pages can serve as notes and/or agenda. This notebook will be my planner for 2020. Thank you, Bendt, for making a great yet affordable product!

As my sorority colors are pink and green, that's the only reason I bought this. The color on my monitor is a beautiful pink, and the description says "rose pink." It is so dark, it is more cranberry. I would not have bought this had I known its true color. There were others I liked that were really pink or green that cost less, and I would've bought one of those. You can get an idea of the color looking at it next to other shades of pink. Otherwise, the quality is nice and the notebook has nice additional pages (i.e., calendar, maps, birthstones and flowers, food calories, names/addresses, etc.).

Very pleased with this purchase. Bought this journal for work meetings. Cover material is of nice quality and feels durable. The magnetic clasp is strong as well. I like the refillable feature, will get more refill insert when the current one runs out. Paper quality feels good for daily note taking.
