Great Stand But Not Great Instructions
The stand is well-made, solid, more than fit-for-purpose and easily adjustable. As said in other review allow plenty of time to put it together and set up. The instructions are terse and not obvious to follow. This isn't helped by the fact that some of the illustrations are tiny. I mean, grab-a-jeweller's-loupe-to-read-them tiny! In fact I resorted to taking photos and zooming in on my phone a couple of times. There are two configurations: Product I using just one arm part for each monitor and Product II which uses both arms for each side to accommodate wider setups. ALthough these are labelled 'Product I & II' they are in-fact different configurations of the same product. Product I works very well for me with two landscape 24" monitors side-by-side.When you pick up the arm to attach it to the VESA panel on the monitor it will seem very diffuclt to rate (although it can be done). It's easier to attach the monitor first and then rotate it by the monitor bezels as this gives more leverage. Don't just loosen the tension as this will cause the monitor to rotate too freely.

Good but not easily stackable
Bought the mount looking to stack 2 27 inch monitors on top of each other horizontally but this mount struggles to do that quite a bit. otherwise, having them next to each other in one vertical and one horizontal is really easy. good material, just a little let down by the stacking when it says it can be done with 27 inch monitors.

Sturdy and not that complicated
Mounted 2 27" curved monitors side by side on these with no problems. The instructions are pretty rubbish, each section has two instructions, but it actually goes together in a pretty sensible way. I didn't need the extension arms at all. All of the twisty things for adjusting tension have tiny little markers which tell you which way you should twist - pay attention to these and listen to everyone else who says to adjust the gas with the arm horizontal - just use your hand to push the monitor down until its flat - when you take your hand off it shouldn't go flying upwards! Struggled to release the forwards/backwards tilt for the monitor but it just requires some strength.Really easy now to twist or rotate the monitors back and forth to adjust cables etc and I managed to tidy everything away pretty neatly

Tricky to setup, but this is going to help :)
I have not tested tonnes of these. But I do have experience of using them in atleast half a dozen places.some of them at really high-end work places and you always get issues with these.given all that, when this was all setup, its worked remarkably well.it WILL take you 2 hours. reading these 2 tips will cut it down to maybe 1 hour.tip 1: dont worry whether the monitor is to be mounted vertical or horizontal. just mount the arm, and rotate the monitor later. it will work when its placed on the mechanism. the rotation WONT work without it been mounted. I spent 30 mins or more trying to figure out how.tip 2: the tension on the arms is a problem, but the solution is, you need to turn the top screw clockwise to get the rigidity right. AND it will only start working when you initially set the monitors to HORIZONTAL mode.IF you make the mistake of setting them to vertical, the tension will never work, no matter how much you turn clockwise or anti-clockwise.once done, they are looking really nice side by side. I am going to see if my Mac works on a 3rd and 4th monitor and then I might add 2 more monitors.

Putting together a nightmare, but good once you’ve achieved it
I’m a competent person but this flummoxed me. I read and reread the instructions. I called the amazon helpline - who did get me though one issue. And had to come back to it 3 times! Got there in the end and pleased with the results but it was painful to put together! Two main issues - the star fixing to the monitor is on the diagonal out of the box but needs to be square. This is a case of applying brute force and ignorance to the twist, and is easier with the monitor attached for extra leverage, but felt so wrong!Second, the instructions tell you to get the arms horizontal before changing the tension and they mean it. Anything else has no effect.I’m also a bit puzzled why it needed 3 different sizes of Allen key - would have been nicer if one could have done all adjustments. However, now I’ve got there it does work well and look smart.

watch the weight, it says 27", limit your ambition to 24"
this is a good product however, is not capable of mounting 2 27" monitors unless you have buried the foundations in a slab of concrete. it is not the stand itself it is the way it attachs to the desk, neither option works resulting in a completely unstable set up.

A little complicated to assemble but great purchase!
I've wanted a monitor arm for a while now but recently got a new desk so figured it was a good time to buy one. I saw this product with a special price, which meant this stand was lower price than the one I was originally going to buy yet was a better quality stand. And I am pretty happy I decided to buy it, I was a little scared about assembling it and dropping my 240hz monitor and breaking it but I soon realized that the stand was capable enough to support my monitors exactly where I want them. The springs are solid and reliable, the extension arms are a lovely benefit too incase I ever need extra range on the arms, however I found that I didn't need them for my dual 24" monitor setup.I highly recommend this product and I would have paid full price for this happily.

Stays where you put it.
This has changed my desk layout giving me more space to work. You can easily move the monitor up and down. Pull it closer or push it away. You will need some space behind the desk if you want to be able to push the monitor away.
