Delivery was on time. The tap was easy to install (enough thread for a thick wall and the supplied plastic nut) and is quite sturdy/good quality. As my waterbutt did not have a threaded hole, this solution was perfect - no worries matching threads from for different components purchased separately.The flow rate was far better than the black small taps provided with waterbutts, and will be less likely to block because of the larger outlet diameter. If there is ever a block it will be fairly easy to unscrew the tap from its connector without having to undo the lock nut from inside the waterbutt which is not an easy taskWorth the extra cost compared with the flimsy normal waterbutt black taps. Very pleased with the purchase and will buy another for my 2nd waterbutt once I establish that the tap will endure the winter/frost.

Good quality replacement for any plastic water but taps. You will need to use some ptfe tape on the plastic threads to stop water seepage.

The tap seems to be good but the intermediate connector was of the wrong thread size. Ended up going to a DIY shop for a new piece. I should have done that to begin with and suggest you the same. Look elsewhere anyway
