This is a quality box (basically). You are referred to on online video. The person speaks broken English and is confused. What they SHOULD have said? The box only works (with the gimmick) in ONE direction. First thing I would suggest is mark the up side of the box either with a black dot on the red label or removing a tiny bit of the corner. Second, place the broken card or card you wish to change on the right side. Close the box so that the 'Up side" you marked is facing up. You can use this trick with other card tricks (Forced card or find the ace, the queen, etc.

As soon as I opened the box it broke and can’t do anything to fix it weak. Who ever made it as trash and scammed everyone who bought it.

This magic trick can be problematic even when done correctly. On one occasion while doing a lesson on how magicians use science for their tricks, the little metal door fell out and landed on the floor, giving away the trick. The idea is sound but on my product, the tolerances are too out of spec for anything but a novelty. Third graders will see right through it.

The magnetic portion is excellent but it is hard to open
