I am very satisfied with the Black Diamond Stoneworks Marble & Tile Concentrated Cleaner. I have used it on my marble-finish countertops, and it leaves the surface completely clean, shiny, and residue-free. I like that it doesn't leave spots or streaks, and it has a pleasant scent that isn't overpowering. It also goes a long way because it is concentrated, so a single bottle lasts a long time. I started using this Black Diamond Stoneworks concentrate on our bathroom, kitchen, utility room, and patio tiles, and it’s been outstanding. It cuts through everyday grime without leaving streaks or residue, and it brings out a nice natural shine on stone surfaces. Because it’s concentrated, a gallon goes a very long way—I use it biweekly to monthly and expect it to last for years. Bonus: it’s been great on our countertops and other stone, too. I have a tile floor that has two coats of shiner on it. i followed instructions but that did ZIP...and I mean Zip! So then i read where someone used it straight onto the tile. that worked better. left it for 15 minutes and then slowly wiped up the old wax from the tile. Still had wax on it so I repeated it. Will have to do this a third time, but black tile looks a lot better. I could *almost* get away with not doing this a third time. won't buy this again. good luck!

What a pleasure to find a product that performs as advertised! I have pale beige ceramic tile and it was amazing how much grime came up with this product. No hard scrubbing required. I used a scrub brush on a handle just because of the tile's texture. Excellent cleaner!

Love this cleaner. Mild, but effective and it smells fantastic. Concentrated and it has nice amount of suds. Will purchase again. Bought specifically for my pebble floor shower.

It’s OK, not a miracle and you will need to scrub. In my images the entire area is cleaned with it. It didn’t help the mold deep in the crannies but it did help the surface algae that’s yellow (S. FL so tons of rain lately). I am still worried about this stuff affecting my plants but I reached out and they said run off was safe for plants 🤞I report back if they die! This is my outdoor pool marble and it’s been sealed with ITC enhance and seal so I wanted something gentle for a cleaner. Sadly it didn’t kill the mold in the nooks and crannies or cracks and you for sure need to scrub. It’s decent but I’ll keep looking for a 10/10 cleaner for outside that’s plant and sealed marble safe and works well for mold.

Did not receive the product as there was a custom issue . Received the refund. Supplier was nice . Bought the smaller one and it worked well.

Lo utilize junto con el braava mopping robot 380 3 tapas de producto y el resto de agua en el deposito del wetmop. El marmol que limpie es santo tomas gris lo deja brillante, no resbaloso, despues de aplicarlo con el modo de trapo humedo se realza mucho si das una segunda pasada en el modo de trapo seco.

Combien de produits que j'ai dû essayer sur mon plancher de tuiles de vynile..! Pour enlever cette cire dégueulasse..? Quand j'ai vu ce produit " Black Diamond " ..! J'en étais attiré en lisant les commentaires et à la fois sceptique..! Les gens l'avaient utiliser pour la plupart, sur les planchers de céramiques..! Alors, j'ai posté ma question sur Amazon..! Si, ce produit serait efficace et sans danger sur des tuiles de vyniles..! Et, quelqu'un en même pas 24h, m'avait précisé que ce produit était tout désigné pour les tuiles de vyniles..! D'ailleurs, je le remercie chaleureusement..! Je n'avais plus envie croyez moi, d'investir davantage pour mon logement locatif..! J'ai commencé avec 3oz du produit pour 1 gallon d'eau et en utilisant comme outil: un scraper fixé au d'un manche..! Le truc est: de bien tremper la surface et attendre 5 à 10 minutes et procédé..!
