Received mine 8-18-2014, no water outlet or thermostat.

Is this a ls1 style or ls2 style pump? Im aware that it will fit both buy there are differences.

I used it on my Ls1 F body engine in a 1967 Camaro.

Will this water pump line up with truck accesories or will i need to install spacers on pump?

My understanding is this pump is for corvettes with short accessory drive, trucks are long accessory drive.
