Great diffuser. Bright changing colours (looks so much better off camera) I haven't found any fault with this yet. Overall works very well

I have developed quite a strong allergy to pollen. I get something called Post Nasal Drip- it is not pleasant and it causes me to cough and sniff a lot. we have been experimenting with air purifiers from Levoit, which have been fantastic and have also found that diffusers can help. so it is like we have two tools for the job of cleaning the air and lessening these symptoms I suffer. I tend to use the purifiers at night or when my symptoms are at their worst and I am very uncomfortable. the humidifer is something new for us, but we find that it helps me also but at the moment, I am using this in the day time. first I open up the windows to let some fresh air in and I see how the day goes. when I start feeling anthing, I close the windows and put the humidifier on.. if it does not get any better, then the purifier and so on.. just to be clear ;) sorry.. but the humidifers have been fun to try. they realy change the way the air feels in a nice way and with the addition of oils, even more so. but on that point, I have tried essential oils that have made me cough so much I had to turn the thing off. then I discovered essential oils from Asakuki and they have been just delightful. so, when I saw that this company also has its own line of humidifers, I wanted to try one. we have only had this a few days. I have it on my work desk upstairs in my bedroom. it does not take up much space and is quiet and just very nice. I have tried it one morning, while lying in bed, turning off the purifier and it seems I was able to breathe okay. I am not quite confident enough to go a night with this instead of the purifier just yet, but I think I will try it at some point. but in the day, this thing makes the air in my work space very clean and cooling and the price was very reasonable at I think £21 or £23 and with a 10% discount on that. very good value!

I got so many compliments about how well it goes with my decor. The white and wood look is so nice. Its so easy to set up and use. I love the light setting, mist timer setting and the level of vapour that it produces. I have the bigger round version of this in another room too. Its great to add any oils and bring a gentle aroma. Everyone in my home loves it! Its really good quality product its not flimsy or cheap. Most importantly, when the water runs out while its still on it does not continue, it turns off automatically ! Unlike other humidifiers where it would stay on and burn.

I bought this just less than a year ago and I loved it but unfortunately a couple of weeks back it stopped working. I contacted their customer support and they were fantastic. I tried a few of their suggestions to get it going again but with no luck. They then sent me out a brand new diffuser and I couldn't be happier. Excellent service all round and I'm a very happy customer. 😁🥳😜

Really pleased with this diffuser. It is quiet, easy to set up and gives off a nice steady mist. The timer and light options are useful too. Great for the bedroom or living room!

I am pleased with this purchase. It looks lovely, works really well, easy to clean and fill up the water tank. Good value for money.

Don't make the same mistake as me and order this thinking the timer meant you would get a burst of fragrance every 1/3/6 hours. It actually runs constantly for the time period selected. I have no idea why anyone would want to run this for more than 5 minutes at a time. Other than that it does create a good strong mist and fills the room with fragrance very well. The build quality seems very good for the price, nice and sturdy and looks good out on display. If it had the intermittent feature I would have given 5 stars but I feel it lacking functionality without it.

It's not a great product for the price asked. There isn't even a latch on the lid, since it's a container that requires water, there should be a locking system for the lid. I am quite disappointed. Not to mention the packaging; despite having a warning to avoid shaking the body of the item itself to prevent damage, the shipping packaging experience left a lot to be desired as it wasn't placed in a box aimed at protecting the product. Regretful about the purchase. I should have looked in another, more affordable shop.
