GLACIER FRESH Compatible with Samsung DA29-00020B Refrigerator Water Filter, DA29-00020A/B, DA29-00020B-1, HAF-CIN/EXP, 46-9101, RF4267HARS For French Door Fridge Kitchen (3 PACK)

A two-pack of Samsung Genuine Filters cost approximately $30 each. A three-pack of these cost approximately $9 each. I purchased both the Samsung Genuine Filters and the Glacier Fresh Filters just in case the Glacier Fresh didn’t work out. To my surprise, they came packaged very similarly to the Samsung filters. In other words, high quality packaging and with the same date stickers if you like to stick those on the end of the filter as a reminder about when to replace the filter again or as a reminder about when you installed the filter. The filter is constructed identically to the Samsung filter. It installed the same way and fit snug, no leaks. The true value of these filters will be verified when my refrigerator indicates it’s time to replace the filter. The Samsung filters require replacement about every six months. (With only two adults in the household, that reflects our filtered water usage and has been consistently that for the past few years.) If the refrigerator indicates a shorter replacement window for Glacier Fresh filters, then I’ll know the filter itself is not as viable as the Samsung filters. However, at this price, even if I need to replace them every three months, they’re still a bargain. The only thing I didn’t like about these is that they are molded with a ‘Y’ configuration on the end of the filter instead of the single, straight ‘I’ configuration on the Samsung which makes it more difficult to attach the date sticker to it. Definitely not a deal breaker, just nit-picking. So far, (three weeks in), the filter is working flawlessly.

There is no way to tell without a proper testing mechanism whether a filter is good or not. I don't smell any difference in the water before or after the filter. The only physical evidence is the white crystalline deposit at the tip of the water spout. Why would there be calcified deposit when it's been filtered water? Any reply from the manufacturer will help. Replacement was easy and no leakage. It's a perfect fit.

I have been using these for several years and have had no issues. The fit perfectly and last just as long as the Samsung ones at a much better price.

This filters last a decent amount of time and function as described, easy to instal and remove. There is some small leakage when replacing.

The water quality instantly tasted better and of higher quality. It is easy to install and tends to last for a good amount of time. The overall performance of these is really good. I’ll continue buying these.

I have been using these water filters for several years now. They seems to be good quality filters for the price. I will continue to use them and I definitely recommend them.

Not had to use my replacement fridge filter yet since I just purchased the new fridge but wanted to have the filter in hand for replacement and these were easy to use and much cheaper than the manufacturer replacements.

Second time I ordered these and the difference in taste is so noticeable! Pure refreshing water! I will continue to buy these. No leakage whatsoever, size fits perfectly, made sturdy and our ice has no after taste. A keeper!

Llego antes de la fecha. Cada filtro en su caja individual y sus etiquetas, super!!. Comentario adicional: los 3 filtro venian en doble bolsa, solo que la primera bolsa estaba abierta y asi la metieron a otra bolsa ya de la paqueteria. Pregunta, esto es normal?
