Unfortunately this pillow is way to thick and hard. It seems constructed of quality material however it is at least 8-9 inches high and doesn't compress down at all. Wouldn't fit in a king size pillow case. My neck would be bent at a 45 degree angle if I tried to sleep on these pillows. This may be a good choice for people who sleep with two pillows in order to elevate their upper body.
