I have a torn meniscus, a torn ACL & arthritic spurs in my left knee for 12 years now. I have daily knee pain & while I'd like to have surgery done, it's just not feasible for me (economics and 6 weeks+ at-home rehab). Years ago the MRI showed no cartilage left in either knee and surgeon was talking replacement. I was taking 200mg cellibrex for pain every day. Within 5 or 6 weeks I stopped taking pain pills and within a couple months the grinding stopped. Starting out I took two scoops a day in my cereal/oatmeal 4 or 5 days a week and years later I still use it maybe once a week. I have not had another MRI but know that the pain and grinding has been gone for years. Back to walking bird hunting and hiking with no knee brace or pain. We live in an over 55 community now and can't tell you how many others have started using Arthred with great success.

Good quality collagen with no weird taste. Have tried various ones, some taste burned, which is really awful. It's best to mix it in water, but anything that has no sugar is OK, as the sugar will bind to the collagen and ruin it's value. Really helped my painful knees feel much better. FYI, natural stuff takes time, so give it at least 2 weeks to help.

I have taken this for quite sometime. I have noticed my nails and hair are stronger. Very easy to use, just stir in juice or whatever. I also believe it has strengthened my bones, as I had an awful fall and other than a few scratches, no broken bones. :)

We've been using it for a while and am pleased with the results we are getting from it. Seems to help with my wrist and shoulders, definitely worth it.

I've been told it takes up to 3 months before you feel any difference. I've only been taking it less than one month. So, ask me again around Janaury.

This product was recommended by my Chiropractor few years ago. Me and my mom use it for joint pain.One scoop in water, tea or juice in the morning is all you need to do. It is naturally derived so it doesn't have any side effect(at least for us).It will take few weeks to feel the benefit from it.
