So the first one we received came with a broken handle and a dirty umbrella. We got a replacement sent and the umbrella was ripped badly. We combine the two and just kept the dirty one. The actual product is easy to assemble and covers a good amount. We opted for this one because the umbrella is attached to the stand so it doesn't swing around when open. Make sure you immediately get sand or a base because the umbrella will immediately fall once opened.

we had another similar style umbrella that string broke, we bought it at a discount store. we wanted to get another one, and debated on spending more (triple) on a "nicer" one at the big box home stores. I ended up just buying this one being the price was right and if it lasts as long as the other one; a couple years, it will be worth it. i was expected the exact same type which we had before which broke. after i made the purchase and was awaiting delivery we happened to go to the big box Low s store, and saw one for 400, looked at it, the build quality ect. thought well this is a nice one. when the amazon one got delivered i was surprised to see that it was much better than my previous one and i think it looks very similar to the 400 one. it doesn't come with any anchor weights, which was fine because we were able to use our old ones. we are pretty happy with it.

Can’t believe this price for a cantilever umbrella! I sit on my patio and move it to whenever the sun is hitting. I love it.

I was supper happy with the assembly, and I did not have missing parts like a lot of people. But after only one day I noticed that one of the arms were broken, Top and bottom. And this prevented it from closing right. The day we used it was not even windy. There was just a slight refressign breeze. It looks good and easy to use but durability is sub par

I'm a first time homeowner and I was very nervous to purchase anything for the patio but this was my Best Buy yet! It took some time to put together but it works perfect!

Good quality product. Super easy to set up. The pole and the umbrella are sturdy. You definitely need to either bolt it or secure it with a heavy because it will not stand on its own. We bolted ours to our deck. It does sway a bit in windy conditions. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

This is too flimsy, particularly for the price. We will probably replace it next year for something sturdier.

Beautiful umbrella. Great size for my patio, but it does not come with any weights and it did fall over with the first good wind gust. We are now using bags of rocks around it to keep it steady.
