Excellant filter.
Our Menards stopped making Shopfox so we didn't know where to find the filter, good, faithful Amazon came through once again. When it arrived the packaging was perfect and it came in the 2 day time frame. It fit perfectly in my machine and the price was fair. Happy customer.

A fine filter.
Fits just fine and is way better that the dust filled one.

Definitely worth the money.
I've had my Shop Fox air filter unit for 2 months now and use my woodshop part time. You can see in the picture how much dust and debris was captured by this filter. The filter is very easy to change, just make sure the arrow on the filter is pointed in the direction of the airflow when installing it. In my opinion this filter works very well and is definitely worth the money.

Don't get this thinking you're going to be getting super filtration
Heavy dust will kill this fast. Still, the filter lasted for about 6 months in a 30x18 room (about two furniture projects and 2 kitchen cabinet builds lasting 3 months). The the upside is, if you get one, you can use its shell to create a template to make your own new filter with a big box store air filter with an FPR 10 rating if you want. I did and I just keep replacing the innards when it gets full. That alone is worth the cost of one filter to me.

Filters are easy to install and perform their air scrubbing job very well. Price is right so buy several if you're an avid woodworker.

Quality
Apparently, the individual that packed this item did not notice that it was crushed and torn on the corner. Don't need to hear how busy or in a hurry they are, sending out damaged products is unacceptable.

these do what they should. keeep them fresh and it preserves the inner filter nicely. It's not stated anywhere as recommended , but i do blow these out gently and use it a couple times before tossing. They fit the hole as they should ank make a large difference in my work space.
