I've had them for a year so ready to update....The coating comes off. I never put it in the dishwasher but it came off anyway. No point in paying extra for a pretty color since it will end up being stainless steel.The lid was poorly made. For a reason unknown to anyone with a brain, they molded it with the seam right where you drink from. That means there is this constant weirdness when you drink. It's not enough to hurt or to even put you off, really, but it certainly is there.After a year of using these, the cover slide no longer even stays in/on the lid. It pops out for easy cleaning but I never did that because I didn't want to break it. Apparently that didn't matter. It just loosened up all on it's own and fell out. After fussing with it for weeks, I gave up and threw it away. New lids would be great so that I can continue to use my now silver cups. These did do a good job of keeping things hot or cold and I miss that.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Leakproof - sure, as long as it doesn't tip over because, like everything, it will role to the opening on the bottom, spilling everything everywhere!Easy to hold - kinda. There is no indentation or flair to make it a surer grip, but the smaller size is worth losing this feature from my previous, larger cup.Easy to clean - not so much. This is very narrow and I have small hands that I can squeeze into it but it is a very close fit. Anyone with any larger hands can't do it. I don't like using wands because I can't stand stinky sponges, but others might not mind.It does come with a little wand to clean the straw and that was a nice bonus.I use them every day for pretty much everything I drink so I'm happy with my purchase.

I odered and got only the cups. No straws. or brush cleaning tool. And, i Only had them a week and the lids broke into pieces i would really give the a Negative star rating if it were possible.

The stainless steel thermal cup keeps my coffee hot all morning long, which is great, but the quality of the lid isn't what it could be. The lid stays on the cup tightly enough, but the sliding cap part that allows you to take sips through the lid becomes loose after a few washings, and gets looser over time. I purchased this set of cups for the lids because I had a similar cup and the sliding part of the lid broke off. These new lids fit my old cup perfectly, but the sliding lid performs just as poorly. Wish the lids were better built.

Love these tumblers, great size, keeps my drink cold. And it comes with a matching metal reusable straw. Great deal and I love bringing these with me at work.

I LOVE these reusable 20oz cups. Its obv a veinti at starbucks and a medium at Dunkin. Both establishments have accepted the cup. The ice does not melt for hours and when I've used it on hot drinks, the drink stays hot for a handful of hours. Impressed, nonetheless. I leave one in the car for easy access when I'm out and about. Would definitely recommend!!!

I bought one rosegold and one white. I like the size and color is so beautiful.it’s Easy to carry it keep my hot coffee hot for a long time and the quality it's very good.Also The reusable metal straws and straw brush are nice. I love this tumbler

I haven't tried to have dunkin donuts people to give me my iced coffee in this tumbler yet. But next time I will try to see if they would instead of giving me my iced coffee in their plastic container. But it's easy to clean, specially the straws since it comes with one. It just makes me feel a bit better that I haven't used plastic straws or plastic container for my iced coffee or tea.

I never write reviews but I just received my tumblers today and had to share feedback. I was looking for an insulated tumbler to keep cold / hot longer but also to prevent condensation. I researched different brands and ultimately took a chance on this - and SO glad that I did!!!!!! These perform exceptionally well and the are SLEEK attention grabbing tumblers. In my first day I’ve already had 3 people stop me to ask where I got it. High quality, durable tumbler. Easy to clean. You guys, I’m not getting paid to write this.
