Q: Can you cut the wrap? I have a ball and socket flange that is at the end of my headers, and I want to stop before and start again after it.

Yeah, can use stainless ties to hold the cut off section and start again

Q: Does this wrap last a long time or does it need replaced over time?

It becomes hard and somewhat more brittle when heated over time, but should a long time since made of volcanic rock which doesn't deteriorate easily under heat. I think I read somewhere that volcanoes get hot and the rock doesn't erode much (smiling).

Q: Is it possible to wrap headers already installed on the car ?

yes. see my picture. It sucks. but i have been at the car stuff for 35yrs. I had to jack the car up to zip tie the bottom headers. if you have time and patience it's not that bad.

Q: i have a bobcat with a small leak on the exhaust located inside the engine causing temp sensor to go off every15 min. will this product reduce heat?

Inside the engine? Sounds like you have a engine problem, this just reduces heat outside like for bike or fender wells by your feet in a car.
